Beautiful tropical views from every window & covered deck. The house is now 80m2 (800ft) on 2 stories. As of Nov 2025 will have SECOND BDR + SWIMMING POOL. The main house downstairs : living room, kitchen, toilet Upstairs : 1 bdr wood floors, king bed, desk, closet + bath. NEW to side of main house will be 2nd bdr, queen bed, desk and & full bath.

The Terrace House, completed in 2016, comes with great architectural features. All 4 bedrooms have A/C, fans, modern bathrooms and ocean/jungle views. The outdoor lounging areas and chefs kitchen are great for entertaining 8 guests. A modern infinity pool overlooks the ocean. It's just a few miles out of town, yet only a 4 minutes drive to the Hermosa Beach and 10 minutes to Santa Teresa. All stays come with maid service and concierge to help with bookings of activities and restaurants.

Centrally located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with an beautiful view of the ocean with the sunset landing front and center every day. Ideal for holidays with the family - the Villa has three bedrooms and a grand master bedroom on the second floor, huge rooftop terrace, ample living space, sunken lounge, laser projector, sound system, as well as a romantic guesthouse, large rooftop terrace, with its own bathroom, a minute of a walk away on the property. Maid service is included.

At "Selva House: Vista," wake up to wave views from bed! This cozy bungalow is just a 10-minute walk to Hermosa Beach, perfect for couples. For groups of friends, rent its sister property, "Selva House: Jungle," a beautiful one-bedroom home on the same property. The bungalow is attached to our house but fully private, with shared pool access. It doesn’t have a kitchen but includes an electric mini oven, a mini fridge and breakfast essentials: coffee, milk, bread, butter, and fruit.
