The apartment is just like the photos, it has blinds in the bedrooms and double glazing to avoid street noise. Federico is very attentive to all the details and is available all the time for any questions.

Excellent accommodation! The decoration is beautiful. Furniture and equipment throughout the apartment is of very good quality, including tableware, mattress, linens and towels. Nothing is missing. There's everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Camila welcomed us with snacks and drinks. She was flexible with our arrival and departure and very attentive when we asked for local recommendations. The area is very quiet, one block from the boulevard. Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and kind. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, allowed us to enter a little before and leave after hours. We informed about places nearby for shopping. I highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything needed to get by comfortably and more. The pristine beds and also left us towels for each. I would recommend it 100%

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

An extremely beautiful place in Montevideo !

The casita has everything for two people to have a very nice stay. It is very tastefully decorated and makes people feel very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for walking, the people who inhabit it are gentioes. It is close to Pocitos beach and the Parco Villa Dolores is 3 blocks away. You can also walk to Batlle Park. There are numerous colectivos to connect to the different points in the city. It has numerous shops nearby. We handled ourselves very well with Dardo who we were in touch with when we needed him. We recommend the house to spend a few quiet days in a beautiful city like Montevideo says you still live mostly on a "human scale". Regards.

The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
