Great space, perfect kitchen, bedroom with a great closet for suitcases and clothes. The terrace is the coolest part of the house. The only thing: there is a restaurant downstairs that plays music all day, nothing deafening, but you can hear it in the background. But nothing problematic. Excellent location! Great and beautiful space. I recommend it!

I stayed at Leonardo's apartment in the last week of May. Our stay was very good. Extremely comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Leonardo was very attentive to us and sent us great tips about the surroundings. He was always attentive and helpful. Our experience was very pleasant. We will certainly return to Montevideo.

The place is exactly as in the photos: clean, cozy and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Diana was very responsive, responded quickly to all of our questions. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and would stay here again on future visits.

It's a very new studio apartment, well furnished and very clean. We found a couple minor issues after checking in, and Juan fixed them right away.

Excellent location, spacious, bright, restaurants on the first floor, 24-hour shop just 100 meters away. The apartment fulfills what it promises, in addition to having one of the best views of the old city, the countryside and the sea. The owners are very nice and attentive. I would come back.

Martina's apt is just like the photos! Comfortable illuminated and with the essence of home. We had a great time, super comfortable and something to highlight: the furniture to rest is exquisite!!!! Both in the bedroom and the one in the living room! Sure we'll be back!!!!!

We spent two amazing nights with my partner in this apartment in the city center. The palace is beautiful, with a lot of history in its walls. The tenant is super friendly and explained in detail everything we needed to get there. I emphasize that the apartment was super clean and tidy, everything with a nice smell and care. I also left you some water and a couple of other things in case you need them. I recommend 10/10

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

One bedroom apartment, well equipped and with a lovely kitchen. The location is great. It is surrounded by restaurants and crossing the building there is an entrance of a country club. There are always people, security and lights.

The apartment is perfectly equipped for a quiet and pleasant stay. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Anaclara always responded to our concerns and was available. The detail at the reception for Father's Day is of great value and makes you feel welcome. He also left us a bottle of water and a bottle of juice in the fridge. There was also coffee and cookies, which is very useful when you arrive late from a trip, as was the case for us. When we return to Montevideo, we will undoubtedly stay here again.

The experience was excellent. Mariana and Andrés were hosts with a lot of predisposition and a kindness that feels from the first moment. It was noted in every detail the human quality with which they welcome their guests. The apartment is very well located, close to all the important and beautiful points of downtown, which makes it ideal for walking. I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. I am very grateful to Leticia and Nicolás, who were exceptional hosts during my stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Its location is ideal, just five minutes from the United States Embassy, which greatly facilitated my efforts. I would definitely consider staying at this place again for the tranquility and the excellent atmosphere it offers.

Sandra's apartment is very beautiful and cozy. It is very clean, tidy and has all the items that you need (e.g. cooking items, bed linens, bathroom items) for a comfortable stay. The building has many amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzies, gym, indoor jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop patio with a party room which includes a parrilla. The building is located right across from the rambla which is a wonderful place that has a beach and you can walk along the sea. It's also located across from Orinoco street which has cafes, restaurants, bars and gyms. Sandra is a wonderful host who is very helpful and responsive and makes sure you have a comfortable stay.

The balcony view is especially beautiful, and it is also convenient to get in and out. There is a restaurant and convenience store downstairs. The host is very enthusiastic and has been helping us solve problems. Very good accommodation experience. I recommend everyone to stay!

I really liked the place, everything very clean and comfortable, a place with many leisure areas and very safe .. close to the beach, it has a pharmacy and a 24-hour market in front of which is very good outside the nearby restaurants.. well structured loft with everything you need to spend a few days. I recommend. The host served very well, I intend to return.

We spent just over two weeks in the apartment and it was perfect for our stay in Montevideo. Close to everything we needed or wanted to see, comfortable, clean and functional. The indoor parking space, although small, was a nice bonus.

We've been to Montevideo several times before, but this one was special. Walter and Eduardo's apartment is fantastic. I had no contact with Eduardo, but Walter, a gentleman, was wonderful. The apartment is in Punta Carretas, opposite the Rodó Park and Visual Arts Museum, with transportation to any place in the Uruguayan capital a few meters of walking. The charm of the dwelling is the possibility of having all the modern practices with an air of time travel, given the age of the property and also of the decoration, of extreme good taste, chosen by Walter and Eduardo.
