The building is very nice and has a gym and free garage for your use. This place has a strategic location, a few blocks from Plaza Independencia. This square acts as a link between the new and old city. Being one block from the main avenue (18 de Julio) there are a large number of services, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, money exchanges, etc. There are also other places of interest very close by such as the Rambla Sur de Montevideo, Mercado del Puerto, Teatro Solis, the cathedral, among others.

Apartment one step away from the Port Market

Art Deco style apartment in front of the Mercado del Puerto, duplex type, with private bathroom, balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the tourist pedestrian Pérez Castellano. Now the room has a two-seater sommier. It was painted in January 2019 and the floor of the room was laminated. It has several amenities such as a living room, wifi, and a large library with classics of Uruguayan and Latin American literature.
