This modern apartment, located in the heart of Montevideo’s best neighborhood, Pocitos, sits 3 blocks away from the city’s most beautiful and trendy beach in a building that was constructed in 2008. Fully furnished, it’s modern and uncluttered comfort will provide for an exceptional vacation rental experience for any rental (day-by-day to monthly). Within two blocks, you will find all needed services and culinary options: supermarkets, gas stations, laundry and dry cleaners, hair salons, cobblers, restaurants, cafes, a movie theater are a few of the many neighborhood treasures available to you. Your security is of the utmost importance, and the building is guarded with a 24-hour security guard, and monitored with several closed-circuit cameras. This guard, commonly known as a “portero,” serves the tenant with whatever may be needed – directions, taxi service, local advice and more – with tremendous courtesy and friendliness. This lovely apartment contains all possible amenities you would need: full kitchen with appliances, washing machine, television, stereo and more. Air conditioning and heating are also available to keep you comfortable in any season. Wifi is included at the base rate for normal use within the data plan. Any additional use (and subsequent charges) will be charged to the renter. Cable TV available with over 70 channels.

Suitable with an unbeatable view, from the nineteenth floor to the east of the city. With two bedrooms, balcony, laundry terrace, large garage. Located meters from the boardwalk, attached to the Center and Casco Histórico The tower is located in a private property, fenced in, with a 24-hour concierge, a living room with a washing machine and industrial dryer, games, a gym and squares. Upstairs, a 360 view is appreciated, with a solarium. From here, on the 25th floor, you will see the city like never before!

A unos 600 metros de la famosa Rambla de Montevideo donde podrás descubrir las mejores playas del río más ancho del mundo. Varios restaurantes, cafeterías, teatros y tiendas en su alrededor. Al frente de una de las plazas más bellas de la ciudad, "La plaza del Entrevero". Amplio monoambiente fino, de muy buen gusto y prácticamente todo nuevo con accesorios.

A modern and comfortable accommodation near Pocitos beach.

The best location in Pocitos. Modern, quiet, spacious and with everything you need (includes washer, air conditioning, TV with You Tube) to enjoy your stay in Montevideo. Parking is not included , $10 is paid for $10 per night. It is located 200 meters from the most beautiful boulevard in the city, in a quiet area (no bus passing by) with access to public transport nearby to all the sights. BBQ can be rented on the top floor.
