Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with all the amenities and amazing view. 10 min walk to old town and all it has to offer. Beach just minutes walk. Included parking was great and secure. Host was super to deal with, personalized walk through of the place and all functions. couldn't be happier with our 1 week stay.

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

We enjoyed the appartment, it was located in a nice and calm area. We encountered a small issue with a pipe in the bathroom that bursted, but Mariana and Victor got hold of a plumber within the next day wich was great, and the problem was solved very quickly. On departure day we struggled to get hold of a taxi to the airport, and Victor kindly offered to give us a lift. Super service from very kind and awesome people, thanks for letting us stay here.

Logement propre avec tous les accessoires nécessaires ( linge de lit, serviettes de bain, savon, shampoing etc....) Très bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité et accueil très chaleureux, pepe était réactif à chacune de nos demandes. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Florins Apartment! Alles war makellos sauber, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen: Die Küche ist nicht nur komplett ausgestattet, sondern hat sogar eine Wasserfilteranlage am Wasserhahn – absolut genial! Auch im Bad war alles da, was man brauchen könnte, bis hin zu Oropax. Die Ventilatoren und die Klimaanlage sorgen für ein angenehmes Klima, und die Waschmaschine war ebenfalls top. Insgesamt ein perfekt ausgestattetes und wunderschönes Apartment – wir bedanken uns herzlich und kommen gerne wieder!

Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and always quick to reply to any questions I had—before and during my stay. Ich kann die Unterkunft einwandfrei empfehlen. Sie ist noch schöner in echt als auf den Fotos. Den Pool hatten wir fast immer für uns allein. Auch der Strand ist sehr nah und die Anbindung der Tram ins Zentrum von Alicante ist auch sehr gut.

An apartment located in the beautiful Pueblo Español private area. Close access to a small beach, 2 restaurants a footstep away. The apartment was great with a sea view balcony, and could comfortably house 6 people. We had a great time, and enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment, with the city and its beaches only a kilometer or 2 away. If we ever return to the Alicante area we're sure we'll be staying here again.

IT IS AMAZING. we had the best time at this lot, the pool is amazing and the flat accommodated all of our needs. There was excellent communication with the owner and beautiful area to stay in. 100% recommend staying here for a lovely relaxing holiday.

The best host I've come across with in Aibnb! He was extremely attentive, communicative and friendly. He even got a crib and high seat for our baby without even asking. Sent great recommendations, gave us a warm welcome with some drinks. The apartment is spotless and it couldn't be in a better location, just around the corner you have some of the local favorite restaurants like sento barrio and all of downtown Alicante. This place is extremely recommended, you will have a great time here. Thanks David a legend!

Highly recommend! The place was very well-organized, with everything we needed including beach chairs, sun umbrellas. The location is right in front of the beach. It was easy to find parking close to the house. The host was very responsive to any issues we had. Thank you!

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.
