Loved staying here! Francisco the grounds keeper is super awesome and friendly as are the owners who we got to meet! The house is super well equipped and we had farm fresh eggs waiting for us! Amazing views, grounds are beautifully maintained and the porch is perfect for viewing the city below!! The chicken coupe is right next door and was fun to watch the chickens! Short drive to town and one hour to Irazú volcano and 30 minutes to the Sanatorium which both were worth going to see! We also had a bonfire which was such a treat! Don’t hesitate staying here!!

The place is spacious, comfortable and installed with everything one needs. Super cute and private. Even though it is in condominium you can't hear the neighbors. It has a beautiful patio where birds are heard. I enjoyed listening to some music and being there. Even with a bottle of wine I was greeted. Jeje I'm not more grateful. I hope to return 🫶

Daniel and his team were amazing hosts! They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed for about a month and the house fit our needs well.The property and neighborhood felt safe. The back garden is private. The kitchen had most things needed to make meals. We used the toaster oven because it worked better than the stove oven. There was grocery shopping and a park with workout equipment nearby. Marcela was very responsive whenever an issue arose which was much appreciated.

Beautiful space, the second you walk in you feel right at home. It has such a cozy vibe to it and very thoughtfully decorated. The house has an older charm but modern touches like kitchen and bathroom. It’s the perfect space for a solo traveller or couple. You can conveniently park right outside the house which is rare for San Jose. If silence is your top priority however this space may not be for you as it’s located directly on a main road so keep in mind as traffic in San Jose is petty heavy at times.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The space is even more stunning and spacious in person than it appears in the photos. The modern design, clean layout, and thoughtful details made it a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire group. We especially appreciated the secure front gate and door—it gave us peace of mind during our visit. The air conditioning in each room was a huge plus and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. The host was responsive and accommodating, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay again in the future!

Excellent place! An incredible view and the receptionist, Don Dagoberto, was super friendly! Very clean, very tasty! We loved the delicious pool and the spectacular view!

I travel followed to San José, and I always wanted to stay in this building that stands out in the Escalante neighborhood. It is easy to walk to downtown, and there are a variety of restaurants of all kinds: Arabic, Mexican cuisine, fusion, Japanese, sushi, etc. The attention of the hosts is very good!

Very grateful to Jose, a super host. The location is perfect, the accommodation was impeccable and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to visit again soon.

Very nice place to stay for a few days while doing errands in SJO. Clean and comfortable.

Only my 2nd time out of my country within the last 4 months, even though it was for 1 night at this location, Anabella was an excellent host!!! She stayed in contact with me and made sure my stay was up to standards. If I ever come back to Costa Rica and land in the San Jose/Alajuela region I will definitely see if this bnb room is available. Reasonable price, clean and comfortable. Excellent location near the best food in Costa Rica. Apartment was well equipped everything was in excellent condition. Front seat was extremely helpful and polite.

The Airbnb was beautiful love the area lots to do. The facility in the building was super great. The only thing that I didn’t see was mentioned that Monday through Friday a train passes by and blows his horn at 6 AM throughout the day other than that great location and if you’re a person that likes to get up at six in the morning, then this Airbnb is for you
