Holiday rentals with a patio in Montes de Oca

Rodolfo was extremely helpful and very friendly. The place was very comfortable for myself with my 3 kids. It was in a nice neighborhood. We would happily stay there again.

Great apartment to stay in the center of Escalante. The building is very new so the apartment is in great condition and has a great style. Very short walk to many restaurants and cafe’s but fairly quiet location. Great views!

This place is a great find - the neighborhood is full of great places to eat, walkable, and the apartment was very nice (the rooftop patio/hot tubs are a great addition). Carlos is a great host, very responsive, and he even let us store our luggage early when our flight got in earlier than expected.

I stayed for over a week and loved it. What a beautiful Condo and building in a very vibrant and active area. Which means you will hear the lively activity on the weekends but this is quality city living! Also everyone on the building staff was helpful and always smiling, great folks 🤙

Lovely stay - the view from the apartment is amazing! Everything as shown on the photos. Check in was super easy, sent instructions to follow beforehand. It’s slightly noisy on a morning due to passing trains but we were up early anyways so wasn’t a major issue! Would recommend staying here.

The space is clean with essential kitchen amenities. Communication was clear and the place is super close to barrio Escalante! I’d return here.

This was our first international travel for a couple gigs in Costa Rica and Katherine deserves a huge shout out for her helpfulness, flexibility, and most of all putting her trust into four rockers. From our first contact, to the last, Katherine has been the absolute Rockstar of hosts. She made sure every detail was covered, recommended a driver for airport pick up, restaurants in the area, and had an answer to any question or request we made and was just all around amazing. The property was majorly cool! A great area, Barrio Escalante, with hundreds of Restaurants at your door step. The home was immaculate, and extremely well stocked for anyones stay whether a large group (4Adults) or small. The area has a bustling night life on the weekends, but the house was very quiet. The neighborhood is safe and we never felt uncomfortable at any moment. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Katherine made sure we had a great time in her abode and we'll be back for sure!!! Recommend 100%

Marion gave great instructions, was responsive and place was as advertised. The neighborhood was walkable with several good restaurants just a couple blocks away. My daughters and grand baby were there to visit family for a week and this location was close to family and was a perfect space for the three of us.

Arleen’s house was amazing, even better than the photos. The house was large and comfortable. It was well stocked and easy to feel right at home. The garden & patio were beautiful and really made the home unique. It was so private & peaceful. Good location, with easy access to anywhere. Walking distance to good restaurants & Barrio Escalante. Communication with Arleen was always smooth & easy. She was very proactive & made sure I had all the information I needed for a great trip. 100% would recommend staying here!

Tuve una estadía excelente en el apartamento de Alberto. Él fue muy rápido en responder y muy asertivo en nuestra comunicación. El apartamento está lleno de detalles muy especiales, como vino y chocolate, lo que me hizo sentir muy bienvenida! Todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio, y el lugar es bastante silencioso y acogedor. ¡Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos!

Nice place, well equipped, good help from host. Unfortunately, with so many walls being windows the place doesn't insulate from noise very well - but it does get a bit hot. But great views, and a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Raquel's place was perfect for our stay, with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and sheets. It was great having a washer AND dryer in the unit. The location in Los Yoses and near Escalante was a real plus. We have found that generally you don't need air conditioning in San Jose, but it was nice to be able to turn it on for 15 minutes or so, when the heat and humidity was a little high. I think we used it twice in our 17 days there. A great place to stay and we loved being on the 20th floor. Note that there is a train that goes by the front of the building and if the door to the balcony is open it is loud. However, for some reason it never bothered us. It stopped at bedtime. We would definitely stay again.

I had an awesome stay at Michelles place. The unit was very clean and exactly as pictured. The balcony views were amazing!!! Lots of restuarants and coffee shop's right outside the complex or within a 5min walk. The communication from Michelle was excellent and I felt very welcomed. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!
