Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Monterrey

It is an excellent place to stay, everything is very clean and tidy, the services that are there are the ones that are offered, a very good area, it is quiet and very safe. Communication is also fast and very good, and an excellent price, I would hire it again without problems.

A very good place to rest, it has a garage with a gate and that helps that the car is not on the street, the place is quiet, everything is clean The only thing I struggled with a little was in being able to mediate the water because it was very hot but out there everything is fine

It is in an excellent location, a few meters from the Santa Lucia promenade, which you can walk quietly to get to the macroplaza or the Fundidora park. It is small, but very comfortable, I think it has what you need for your stay. The hosts are friendly and attentive if you need anything.

This is the first time I have used the Airbnb app. It was easy to use my super host Ismael was there as soon as I booked my reservation . He always made sure everything was going well each day. The description of the property is exactly what the host describes and more. I look forward to my next trip to Monterrey . Quiet place! and energetic (good vibes)

The apartment is clean and pleasant, with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, and a room with plenty of natural light, well air-conditioned, a comfortable bed and a desk to work with your own laptop. About 5-7 minutes' walk from a subway station, it is very easy to get to other areas of the city connected to the subway. It comes with a subway card that can be recharged and used. The owner, Mr. Hugo Cantú, deserves to be mentioned especially, because he is really friendly and always available for any problem or help that is needed, he does his best to support the guests, and I would say that he is the best host I have found of the many Airbnbs where I have stayed in the world. The only thing I liked very little was the area, full of factories, noisy, extremely polluted and dirty in the street. During my two-month stay, there was almost constantly a very unpleasant industrial smell outside, which at times entered the house, as well as very annoying noises.

This place was perfect for our stay. It was cozy and clean. The ac worked great. And this place has an amazing view of the city. Great location and Walking distance from a convention store for snacks. The host were also very responsive and great with check in process.

Excellent place to stay, very friendly and everything went perfectly

The apartment is as shown on the photos. Pretty confortable space. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths made it great. The views are incredible and even more so from the rooftop terrace. Beds were confortable and good amount of pillows. Plenty of towels for pool or the apt. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of toiletries for my stay. Very secure building, didn’t use the pool but looked really nice, rooftop terrace had a small gym but functional, even a workspace area which was nice. Only one TV on the living room area, not on the bedrooms, but not a set back. Just would have been nice to be able to watch a movie from the bed. There is a gas station and minimarket just down the road from the building which is convenient. Overall a great experience.

The accommodation was super comfortable, private, close to everything, all kinds of places nearby for any need, very clean, just like the photographs, the host was always attentive to questions, we would definitely stay there again.
