This location is a gem! Location is very central and private still close to everything. I love the QR code scanner made it easy to check in and out. The place si very very clean and a lovely bathroom with hot water. I will definitely come back to this gem in Monterrey if its available

How nice it is to be able to find a space like this, where there are clear instructions, easy and private access, in addition to the building's gym. The apartment's cleanliness is a ten. Claudia and Carlos were always kind and attentive. I highly recommend this airbnb

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable with excellent decoration with a unique style, the unbeatable location, many restaurants in the area. I recommend the madalena, the communication was always pleasant and very fast, my wife had a medical appointment and they gave us all the facilities so that she could rest, I thank them for that gesture, we will definitely stay there again.

A spectacular stay, it was an oasis in the desert of heat outside, it was very relaxing to arrive from our events and relax as if at home. The house had everything organized and distributed in a way that makes it easy to do everything, the water pressure, air conditioning and fans are a life saver. Communication with David was natural, organic and friendly, he has everything well systematized, attentive and present at all times. As a 7-year host, I was able to learn from this stay and I will implement much of what I saw from David in my Airbnb. A very nice and pleasant place, especially we liked that it was inside a grove. In the afternoons we went down to walk through the square. Our stay was very pleasant

The room is very comfortable and the views are incredible. The location is excellent, the atmosphere of the building is pleasant and easy to find. The bedroom was tidy and clean, the only comment would be the lack of toiletries (Shampoo, Soap), everything else was perfect! We would stay again!

We LOVED the area! The apartment was very comfortable. The days were warmer than usual so it was so nice to find that the A/C worked great. America was wonderful and very responsive and assisted every time we had a question or needed a suggested restaurant or service nearby. There is a City Market and HEB right next to a wonderful mall so all that within walking distance was top notch. We had a wonderful time in Monterrey and loved our stay here.

The apartment is super clean, very nice and an excellent space. The staff of the tower was also very friendly and the external amenities such as the pool and gym were also very good. 100% recommended and I'm looking forward to returning in the future

The stay was very good and the instructions to access were very clear, Gabriel allowed us to arrive a little before check-in time. The place is very close to the center and tourist places of Monterrey and can be reached by walking. I would stay here again without thinking about it.

The place is more than comfortable and impeccable besides that the hosts are more than friendly and in addition to that we were left inside the room many amenities that you only find in 5 star hotels was very good to my liking that room is more than satisfied

Excellent location (steps from a HEB and Rufino Tamayo Park. Excellent amenities, with weather in each room, excellent for short stays and not so short. Excellent communication and attention. I certainly recommend and would come back again.
