We had a wonderful stay at Steve and Wendy’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated and very cozy. We really appreciated the dedicated parking spot, and the location was perfect—just a short walk or drive to all the places we wanted to explore in Carmel. Steve and Wendy were amazing hosts—super flexible with check-in and check-out times, and they even left us some treats, which was such a sweet surprise! Steve also gave us excellent recommendations for nearby breakfast and dinner spots. We’d love to stay here again on our next trip to the area!

Perfect place for a quick little getaway in Carmel/Monterey Bay! Cynthia’s place was very comfortable and nicely furnished, with plenty of amenities ☺️ Not to mention, the place was close to downtown, the beach, restaurants, etc!!

Oh, words can’t even describe how lovely Sarah’s place is. We felt right at home in her lovely space. The garden was spectacular, and the apartment was the perfect space for us. A place to sleep, clean up, have a snack before headed out for more adventures! Sarah’s place is very close to lighthouse Ave and cannery row. Very quick 6 minute drive with ample street parking.

This was my first time visiting Carmel, and if I return, I’d definitely stay here again. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space had all the essentials we needed. Highly recommend!

We booked this little getaway to celebrate my man’s birthday. This studio is breathtaking. Very romantic and private. Absolutely loved the area and the near by trails. Small but very clean and quiet. Unlike many rentals, the flat screen TV worked perfectly and was set up to be enjoyed comfortably. We just needed a place to sleep at night and this place met our needs with zero issues.

This Airbnb was perfect for a little getaway! Close enough to downtown to explore but just far enough away to have some privacy! Christina was amazing in providing us recommendations about places to check out and ones to maybe avoid. I will be looking for another weekend to come and explore more in the future!

This place is well located and comes packed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The room and the view are gorgeous and a bargain compared other nearby locations. The host is the most responsive I have had the pleasure to deal with. Texts and questions were answered quickly and succinctly. While there is a barbeque with an external burner, there wasn't really a way to cook inside the house besides the microwave as is mentioned by the host in the property description "about this place". This was the only negative I could think of. The coffee provided was yummy and the attention to details was appreciated!

Highly recommend a stay at Wally's place if you get the chance! The location is great (5 min drive to downtown Carmel by the Sea - Ubers are available too) and Wally is a great host (very helpful, friendly, and communicative - he even let us check in a few hours early!). The apartment is comfortable and clean and the bedrooms are spacious and bright - we also really appreciated the smart TV! Finally, I'd be remiss to not mention Claire, Wally's sweet dog :) Thanks Wally!

We were unable to pull up the original reservation instructions, so we accidentally went into the wrong room. Thankfully, Martin was so gracious and understanding and directed us to the correct room, which we really enjoyed! He communicated constantly and we look forward to staying there again. The housekeeper was very sweet and showed us how to work the TV. The property was so beautiful and peaceful.

Dany is a wonderful host, very responsive and welcoming. Her place was built with love and taste and is a secret little hideaway. Very clean, spacious, comfortable with great light. One of those gems that is simple and open but cozy and easy to live in.

We a family of 4, in winter, so wet, cold, overcast weather (no views while there), could not use outdoor spaces (patios, balconies, yard). A working class neighborhood of Seaside- great restaurants, good shopping, short drive to Monterey area attractions. Bedrooms upstairs, 1 big bedroom with 2 queen beds, attached full bathroom. 2nd smaller bedroom also 2 queens, so have to walk through main bedroom to shower/bathe. Not bad, but u do have to deal with stairs, and privacy between the sleeping areas might be a concern for some. Downstairs main room is big but sparse. Cooktop, no oven. small microwave, toaster, full size fridge. One big sectional sofa and a coffee table. 1 other dining/side table for everything else. Host lets u use washer/dryer in garage free, BYO soap. Overall, nice stay for our winter vacation in Monterey. Host very responsive, very quick even small issues. Parking- street or half driveway, driveway blocked by other car some time. walls thin though-u hear next unit.

Was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at! Bed was so comfortable, private location super close to Carmel and Monterey, and great recommendations from Barbara! Can’t recommend it enough!

I've stayed with Diana a couple of times now. Both her cottages are great. The Cozy Cottage was perfect for my work visit to Monterey...it had everything I needed and is close to a lot of services and super convenient to Oldtown Salinas! Diana is very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely book the Cozy Cottage again.

I stayed in Paul’s space for four months, and it was perfect for my needs. It was private, quiet, and, although it was a very small studio, the walk-in closet provided tons of storage, which I made use of. There were a few few things in particular, that really made this place stand out to me: 1. The ability to keep my pets with me 2. Laundry facilities on site 3. Private backyard, where I could let my animals relieve themselves, and also bask in the sunshine 4. A nearby ball field where I could take my dogs to run around 5. A nearby Taqueria for convenient lunches 6. Paul’s responsiveness to any concerns that came up for me; plus he was kind, generous and likable 7. Everything that I needed in the kitchen 8. Comfortable bed 9. Lots of street parking 10. Walkable neighborhoods nearby nearby

My husband & I stayed here to save some money since we ran the Big Sur 21 Miler that weekend. We do not regret it at all! Only 30-40 minute drive to Carmel & Monterey. I also enjoyed the privacy of the entrance, it was also so relaxing to come here after having a day full of adventures. Clean and had everything organized and easy to find.

I absolutely loved my stay here. Excellent location (easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants). Quiet neighborhood. Communication was quick and easy. I would definitely stay here again.

After a long day of driving up the coast, Luke’s spot was so nice and comfy. The hot tub was really amazing and you could see the ocean from it! Would definitely stay again.
