Holiday rentals with a patio in Monterey County

We really enjoyed our stay. It is clean and in a quiet area but walkable to stores and restaurants. Loved having 2 king beds and 2 bathrooms and dedicated parking spots. Would definitely stay again.

If I’m staying in the area I would stay at this again. Loved the interior and enjoyed the balcony

Absolutely loved this location. Quiet and peaceful, with the most amazing view. The bathroom is huge with an amazing whirlpool tub. It was extremely clean and felt so private. Fantastic place to spend a romantic weekend. We were not asked to do any cleaning, and checkout was extremely fast and simple. I would love to come again, and would recommend it to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Great location - the unit is a timeshare in a nice resort near the beach. Very tidy, uncluttered and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

My daughter was attending a conference at the Hyatt and I was looking for a place to stay in Monterey so I could visit with her. I booked Donovan's place because I thought it was competitively priced compared to the area hotels, plus the hotels charge you for parking. Donovan's place was in a quiet neighborhood with free parking, I was always able to park close to my room. The Airbnb itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It is under a 10 minute drive to Downtown Monterrey, and as is mentioned in the listing, a short walk to Cannery Row. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely want to stay here the next time I am in Monterrey.

The apartment was in impeccable condition—extremely spacious, spotless, and well-organized. It’s honestly one of the largest places I’ve ever stayed, and it had every amenity listed. Everything was truly top-notch, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. There’s plenty of parking right in front of the apartment, and the neighborhood is very quiet with no noise around. Definitely a 10 out of 10 stay.

The house is very spacious and nicely updated and decorated. Very clean and convenient. The kitchen is awesome! We had everything we needed and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pringle family house! The home itself was so bright and cozy. The backyard was beautiful. There were so many bright flowers all around the yard. We even got to enjoy a small quail family that visited daily:) So cute! We recommend this house for any future visitors!

The home is amazing for families of small children. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 2. Meli provided strollers, high chairs, booster seats, kids plates and cups, and more. It was very easy for a Family vacation. We would happily stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Celine’s luxurious Airbnb! The place was even more beautiful than the photos—spacious, elegantly decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel truly special. Everything was spotless and immaculately clean, which made me feel comfortable and right at home from the moment I arrived. Celine was an exceptional host, always quick to respond and eager to make sure my stay was perfect. They went above and beyond with local recommendations and made check-in a breeze. The location was ideal: close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet for a great night’s sleep. I can’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. I would absolutely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!

The house was beautiful. The furniture and beds were comfortable. There were many large screen TVs. The kitchen was open and would be great for cooking and entertaining. The laundry room was far enough away from the bedrooms that we could catch up on laundry from our traveling and still get to sleep. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We loved this place! It was very spacious and held our big group very comfortably. Beds are all really comfortable, couch is big and great for groups. Bathrooms do look different than pictured in the photos, but they’re so cute! Feels kinda vintage cozy. The backyard area/deck is wonderful as well. Location is great, easy access to both Carmel by the sea and Monterey.

Stayed with my husband and parents here for our wedding week that was happening in the area. The place was plenty spacious for 4 people! Much better than a hotel room would’ve been. Gave us quality time cooking in the kitchen and hanging out in the living room, enjoying the hottub & heated pool and the beach! The ocean view from the dining table and the front porch is STUNNING!! The place is nice, well kept, and has everything you need! Any small things that popped up, Patti was helpful and fixed right away! Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

The stay at Julia's was really good. The bedroom and bathroom are really nice. Furthermore you have a nice view from the balcony. Julia gave a lot of nice recommendations for the surroundings and even for the rest of my trip. Overall it was amazing

Exactly what my family needed. Close access to the beach. We had beautiful weather. My family even played pickle ball. We played games in the condo. My son flew in from Georgia he’s in the army. We celebrated my 50th Birthday. We definitely will be back to vacation. Thank you for having us.

Beautiful unit. We had six people and were very comfortable. Great location. Like all places there, it’s a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable! The front desk was very helpful during our stay. We enjoyed using the free equipment and appreciated their help when the coffee maker wasn’t working. Our only negative is that taxes were not included up front (nor mentioned in the listing when we booked) and we were asked for additional money right before our trip.

We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!
