Lucia and Alberto’s apartment is very spacious, particularly the lounge/dining area. The neighborhood is quiet and within easy walking distance of the old city. Our hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations of things to see, walking routes and restaurants. In summary an excellent place to stay.

We had a nice stay at this two-level apartment in Mestre! The place was actually more spacious than it appeared in the photos, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient — there were frequent buses to Venice, a good and affordable restaurant just around the corner, and a supermarket nearby. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning and shutters not closing properly, but he came over promptly and fixed everything. Overall, a great base for exploring Venice while enjoying the quieter atmosphere of Mestre.

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Everything was superlative. Filipo was super, friendly, always available to us. He provided us with snacks and drinks. Helped us with transportation. The villa is great, has in the yard a lake with swans. It's a wonder to wake up in such an environment. Spacious rooms, minimalistly furnished but clean. Bathrooms on both levels, equipped with everything you need. Transportation from Treviso to the villa kinda hard for lack of taxis, but it's not up to the host. It's great if you have a car. I highly recommend staying at this villa. Thank you, Filipo! For sure, if we come back to Venice, man see us again! 👍

It was in a beautiful area of hills and vineyards. The property was very nice and relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent, definitely the best place I've ever had. The house is spectacular and the detail of leaving things for breakfast like juices, coffee and sweets makes it even more enjoyable. 10/20!

This was a lovely property in a quiet neighbourhood, but with a bus stop 3 minutes away which took you into the Old Town in around 10 minutes. The property was very comfortable and well equipped, with a great coffee machine. I didn’t get a chance to use the front terrace due to rainy weather but I am sure it would be a great place to relax.

Very nice place with lots of room. A little outside the bustle of central Venice but still easily accessible with busses and trains.

Barbara and Michele's apartment is great if you want to visit Padua. Free parking in front of the house and a short walk to the city center. Padua is a city worth seeing with beautiful churches (especially San Antonio and San Giustina). In La Madonetta, just 200 meters away on foot, you can enjoy delicious wines/aperitifs and snacks. The market hall is also a recommended place if you value good food and drink. The apartment was perfect for us. It is super clean, bright, cozy and everything we needed was there. We cooked ourselves. The wooden table and the living-kitchen room are inviting to eat and stay in it. We also found the place outside very nice to have a glass of Prosecco. Contact with Barbara was straightforward. We would take this apartment again at any time and can really recommend it to everyone

The apartment was clean and amazing. The host was very friendly and responsive, and communication went smoothly. The parking recommended by the host is just a 3–5 minute walk away and costs only 1 Euro per day. The bus station is a 1-minute walk, and the tram station is about 8 minutes away - both very convenient for getting to Venice. We were very satisfied with our stay!

We were welcomed as family. The apartment is impeccable, with everything you need to make good Italian dishes. We were also able to enjoy the large swimming pool. We were just over an hour by train + car from Venice which we visited. It's beautiful.

What really stood out, though, was their warmth and hospitality. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. First of all, this is a perfect little apartment, so I don't know where to start. Bad - Perfect, comfy. Kitchen - modern, clean, with useful amenities. Bathroom - big, clean, and organized. Small garden perfect for breakfast. Everything is so well organized; whatever you think you need, it's there. Luisa is a perfect Host, never had better. Answering all questions, good information. She is very thoughtful. I can keep like this forever. BEST PLACE TO STAY IN VICENZA

Small apartment complete with everything you need, even a small terrace surrounded by plants.🪴 If I may give a piece of advice, I would use different fabrics for the sheets. Easy parking, convenient area for all services. Thank you very much!
