House holiday rentals in Montegranaro

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

We had a lovely stay at Benjamin’s house with a family of 7 people, including 3 kids. The view is amazing and calming, very nice pool. We were there in august in the middle of the hot season and it felt very not that hot there, so we spent lots of time outside. Some nice restaurants Benjamin recommended are really not far and in very cute and beautiful little towns, that we enjoyed exploring. We had a few issues during our stay, but Benjamin immediately helped us to solve everything. Highly recommend this house for easy and relaxing stay.

Erholungsoase auf dem Olymp Ein großes, historisches Steinhaus umgeben von einer unglaublich schönen Gartenanlage mit üppiger mediterraner Flora und Fauna angelegt auf drei Ebenen mit Olivenhainen und vielen verwunschenen Sitzgelegenheiten zum Staunen und Träumen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist hochwertig eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es überrascht mit zahlreiche Nischen, alte Türen, Stufen und atemberaubender Aussicht. Es ist absolut ruhig hier und man lustwandelt durch Haus und Garten, genießt den weiten Blick über die Hügellandschaft und die malerische Kulissen von Mondavio und Orciano und entdeckt immer wieder neue Perspektiven. Das Haus und der Garten geben ein Gefühl der Weite, Stille, Abgeschiedenheit im Einklang mit der Natur. Es gibt hier flinke Eidechsen, einen Wiedehopf, Spatzen und Glühwürmchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit vielen,Gläsern, Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen und allem, was man fürs Kochen braucht. Die Besitzer teilen großzügig alles.

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell'alloggio di Antonella ed è stata una settimana fantastica. L'appartamento è spazioso,pulito, ordinato,non manca nulla! il contesto del residence è comodissimo sia per la spiaggia che per i dintorni,la zona è meravigliosa e vale la pena visitarla. Antonella è stata ospitale,ci è venuta incontro per gli orari di check-in e checkout, è sempre stata disponibile. Consiglio a tutti questa località e soprattutto l'appartamento di Antonella,sono state delle vacanze bellissime e sicuramente torneremo!

Mooi verblijf, mooie omgeving, veel te doen in de buurt, signore Claudio & DH Villas zijn altijd behulpzaam! Gebruik gemaakt van de chef aan huis service wat ook erg lekker was! Absolute aanrader.

Sehr schönes Haus in gute Lage nahe Senigallia. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der ruhigen Umgebung und konnten die tolle Aussicht in die markesischen Hügel genießen. Ivana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Sehr schöne ländliche Unterkunft. Ruhig gelegen ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu dem nächsten Sandstrand. Gute Restaurants jedoch nur mit dem Auto erreichbar.

È la seconda volta che siamo stati da Silvia ed è stato tutto meraviglioso. Lei è davvero un’host molto attenta e cordiale. Disponibile, gentile e molto ospitale. Il posto poi è davvero fantastico.Assolutamente consigliata

Cozy place to stay for a couple nights. The hosts were easy to communicate with and the place was clean. Short walk to the town centre. Would recommend.

Un solo aggettivo per descrivere il soggiorno da Patrizia: PERFETTO. La casa è un angolo di paradiso, circondata da un ampio giardino e immersa nella tranquillità della campagna marchigiana. Le spiagge (Porto Sant'Elpidio, Lido di Fermo) sono a venti minuti di macchina, mentre il borgo di Montegranaro è a due minuti. L'alloggio è pulitissimo, completo di tutto. Ampi spazi, perfetta per famiglie e ottima per gli amici a quattro zampe. Patrizia è davvero un'host molto attenta ai particolari, oltre che prodiga di consigli per visitare i dintorni. Assolutamente da consigliare. Ci torneremo, magari per un soggiorno più lungo!

Appartamento molto pulito e con tutto quello che serve. vicinissimo allo Sferisterio e anche al parcheggio Sferisterio. Le scale all'interno sono un po' alte come dice nell'annuncio. Bisogna stare attenti, soprattutto in discesa. Consigliabilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Lucia's place is awesome. The basement apartment is cool and lovely decorated. The garden is an extra bonus feature, great to relax in or doing whatever you like. Lucia is very attentive and always ready for advice. We stayed as a couple touring with our gravelbikes and she let us clean our bikes too....

Ci siamo trovati benissimo sin da subito , Lorella e Massimo gentilissimi e disponibili host ci hanno accolti nella casa che é in posizione tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere le varie spiagge e località del Conero. Ci hanno dato varie info circa i luoghi più interessanti da visitare e consigli su locali e ristoranti tipici. Consigliamo per una bella esperienza nelle Marche.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage. Die hochwertige Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind stilvoll und harmonieren perfekt. Die Unterkunft ist eine Entdeckung und die Entspannung beginnt schon bei der Ankunft. Mit dem Pool wartet auch an heißen Tagen eine Erfrischung. Erwähnenswert ist auch die gute Lage: Civitanova Alta ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet alles für den täglichen Bedarf vor Ort.

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

Very nice house in a very nice landscape, very peaceful location. Not far from the coast and charmful villages. We did not hear the neighbours through the walls. The children spent a lot of time in the swimming pool.

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola
