Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

The small Tuscan farmhouse is located in a small historic village 3 minutes from the centre of Camaiore at the foot of the Apuan Alps, in 10 minutes you can reach the sea and the house is located between Pisa Lucca and the 5 Terre. The house consists of a living room with kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, and on the upper floor there are the double bedroom, the bedroom with a cot and the bathroom. The house is equipped with Smart TV, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric oven,iron,washing machine.

Our aim is to provide a boutique hotel experience, so you'll find big fluffy towels, robes, lovely crisp white cotton sheets, a decent hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

The house is a rustic stone and wood house in the Apuan Alps park, an ideal place for those who want to take walks in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen and has a wood stove or heat pumps for heating, a double sofa bed, and on the second floor the full bedroom and full bathroom, and outside a terrace, then a loft with a single bed.

The only room shared (with us) is the laundry room which is in a separate room. The free parking is on the street (20 meters from the door of the house) There is no garden but you can sit outside maybe for a drink.
