⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptionally Thoughtful Host – A Truly Wonderful Experience** From the moment we booked, Simona went above and beyond. We reserved the apartment for the 16th because our flight was arriving early on the 17th at 6 a.m., knowing we wouldn’t find a check-in that early anywhere else. Even before we landed, Simona was already in touch—sending detailed instructions, helpful guidance, and checking in regularly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Though we didn’t get to the apartment until around noon, she remained patient and attentive the entire time. She even left two drinks for us in the fridge (a water and a soda)—a small gesture, but after our long trip, it meant a lot. What touched us the most was that she met us in person, accompanied by a kind young man who helped carry our bags. Immaculate accommodation in beautiful surroundings. The views are incredible. The hosts were very thoughtful and the house was large and had almost everything one would want. The hosts live in a house across the courtyard. The pool is clean and good for swimming with comfortable loungers all overlooking that view. Last but definitely not least there is a friendly, silly labrador called Gino to make you feel at home. Thank you Luigia, Armando and Gino.

Very nice accommodation, this cottage in a very nice and quiet village, great for relaxing. The house is incredibly clean (congratulations, better than mine) with all the necessary services, even the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to cook without problems. Ivan is a very nice and precise person, everything is explained very well, clearly the type of person you ask anything and he helps you with pleasure. We appreciated the DVDs kindly left for guests, great for a relaxing evening. The value for money for this accommodation is really great, congratulations! See you soon Ivan!

A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the accommodation for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If you are also an animal lover, you will be delighted with cats that are as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

A unique experience! The apartment is simply wonderful: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you could need — and even more. The care with which Luca has prepared every detail is truly unique. We found a wide selection for breakfast, toothbrush and toothpaste in case of forgetfulness, and even two multi-output cables to recharge any device. An attention that makes the difference: the sheets and towels were not only clean, but also very fragrant, which is not at all obvious! Not to mention the view of Lake Nemi: simply enchanting. A panorama that alone is worth the stay, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the chaos of the city. Finally, Luca was an exceptional host: very helpful, attentive and generous with valuable advice that allowed us to discover the best of the area. A real tour guide! Highly recommended. You can clearly see how much passion there is behind it: we will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay. The host was very friendly and attentive. Price and performance regarding the accommodation is absolutely fair. If you want to have a pleasant place to stay near Rome and Tivoli, then you are in good hands here.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind.
