We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tivoli, and Cecilia and her family were a major part in making that a reality. From the beginning they were proactive and friendly in their communication with us, and they we very helpful with the information they provided regarding local spots to visit. We would definitely be happy to stay with them again in a future visit to Tivoli and highly recommend that anyone looking for a stay at a place that is central to everything in Tivoli do so with Cecilia. Potential visitors should only be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor, and there are only stairs, so if that is something that is physically difficult for you, then you should be aware of that. For us, it was not a deterrent, and we got a good little exercise on our way in from and out to our adventures.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptionally Thoughtful Host – A Truly Wonderful Experience** From the moment we booked, Simona went above and beyond. We reserved the apartment for the 16th because our flight was arriving early on the 17th at 6 a.m., knowing we wouldn’t find a check-in that early anywhere else. Even before we landed, Simona was already in touch—sending detailed instructions, helpful guidance, and checking in regularly to make sure everything would go smoothly. Though we didn’t get to the apartment until around noon, she remained patient and attentive the entire time. She even left two drinks for us in the fridge (a water and a soda)—a small gesture, but after our long trip, it meant a lot. What touched us the most was that she met us in person, accompanied by a kind young man who helped carry our bags. Simona gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the apartment, and pointed out nearby restaurants and bars. Every detail was taken care of with heart. Although Tivoli, where the

Staying at Massimo’s place was a wonderful experience. He was an excellent host - very responsive, helpful, and genuinely super kind. Fiona Romano was a true delight to stay in. The space is charming and cozy, with beautiful morning views overlooking lush greenery. Free parking was just a 2-minute walk away, so if you're renting a car, there’s no need to worry about your vehicle.

Veronica was a fantastic host and we felt very lucky to stay in her beautiful bnb. She was warm and welcoming from the very beginning and made us feel at home. You can tell she takes so much care with how thoughtfully everything is set out and it is all immaculately clean. Thanks to Veronica, Tivoli was a big highlight of our trip and we are excited to come stay again some day. Thank you for having us :)

Silvias Landhaus hat uns sofort wegen seiner sehr stilvollen Einrichtung, dem Mix aus Altem und Neuem, seiner Natürlichkeit, der wunderschönen Aussicht und der Ruhe und Privatheit gefallen. Die Betten und Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem, man konnte nachts mit offenem Fenster schlafen dank der Moskitogitter. Auch das große Wohn- und Esszimmer war sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Silvias selbst haben wir immer sehr gut erreichen können und Hilfe und Tipps zur Umgebung erhalten. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, der Ort poggio nativo selbst ist sehr ruhig und besticht nicht mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre, bietet aber dafür aber einen Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Es gibt aber viele andere Orte in der nahen Umgebung (~15min), welche Restaurants & Cafés bieten. Kleine Verbesserungspotenziale zum Haus wären: Kein ausreichend schattiger Ort draußen zur Mittagszeit (Terassenbegrünung von oben zu löchrig, vllt würde noch ein Sonnensegel

L'appartamento di Andrea è molto accogliente, arredato con gusto e ricco di soluzioni interessanti. In pieno centro a un passo dal parco gregoriano e a due passi da villa d'este. Pur essendo così centrale è silenziosissimo. Inoltre Andrea ci ha accolti di persona con molta gentilezza, cosa che fa sempre piacere

Emanuele's place is the absolute best, I mean, magical on its own but also wonderful because of the host himself. He met us late at night to check in and when we hadnt eaten, tried to get us to take the food he had at home. He was the absolute most accomodating and friendly host I've met on AirBNB even after 15? years on it. The second night he and his partner welcomed us to dinner at their little restaurant downstairs and IT. WAS. INCREDIBLE. They hosted only us and gave us such an incredible meal, and such incredible wine and company, I truly cant recommend it enough. The AirBnB is absolutely stunning on its own....but also...the host really makes the experience.
