This new house, finished in September 2019, it has all the amenities! Granite counter tops, and laundry. Huge front porch to relax on, and just waiting for you to come and enjoy! The house is located in the middle of two other short term rentals on the side of Missionary Ridge. It is a great centrally located area close to downtown and local attractions. Dogs are welcome and the BACK YARD IS FENCED. FIRM 2 DOG LIMIT and the females must be spayed. There are televsions in all 3 bedrooms.

This is the most fun part of town ; walking, biking any where you like downtown from here. This property is completely private. An empty wooded lot on both sides of the house .The back deck overlooks your private park in the back yard and is the length of the house. On one of the wooded lots there is a hot tub area tucked away in the trees.
