I had a great stay at this ground floor unit in Lugano Paradiso. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 3-minute walk to the lake and the Paradiso train station, which made getting around very easy. There’s even a kebab shop right across the street, perfect for a quick bite. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully functional and thoughtfully stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and spices, which was a nice touch. All rooms, including the bathroom, were spotless and clearly cared for. Overall, this is a comfortable and well-priced accommodation that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The best part of staying at Marco’s was the check in. Super easy with the video instructions he sends! Marco is also very friendly and you can tell he likes hosting. The little candies and guidebooks he put in the room were super nice! He also made himself available via text for any issues. His cat was very nice and left me alone which was good, as I am a little scared of them 😅. The flat is above a bar so it was a little noisy Saturday night but not too bad. There is also a bus too and from the main station if you don’t want to walk up/down the hill. Very satisfied with the cleanliness as well. Some cat hair but that is to be expected :). Highly recommend!

wir hatten zwei wunderbare Tage im schönen Stadthäuschen von Florent. Eine so authentische und toll hergerichtete, blitzsaubere Unterkunft hatten wir selten. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Neben der beschriebenen Ausstattung waren sogar Nudeln, Soße, Gewürze, Spielsachen für die Kinder etc. vorhanden! das Schlafzimmer und die ausziehcouch waren für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder super und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Kommunikation vorher wie während des Aufenthalts prompt und hilfreich! Florent ein großartiger Gastgeber! Morcote als Ort ist einfach wunderschön. Von der Wohnung kann man in 10 Min zur Kirche laufen und hat einen wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt und den See. Weitere 10 Min später ist man schon im Park Scherer und kann entlang des Sees zurücklaufen. Schöne Restaurants, kleiner Seezugang in unmittelbarer Umgebung und trotzdem ruhig gelegen, da in zweiter Reihe. die kleine Terrasse mit der liebevollen Beleuchtung war auch klasse. wunderbar und empfehlenswert!

Paolo und Yoko sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das wunderschöne alte Tessiner Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich zu erholen. Gefrühstückt wird im wunderschönen Garten mit Aussicht auf den See und Yoko hat uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und mit Tipps und Warmherzigkeit für uns da… wir kommen wieder!
