Apartment holiday rentals in Monte Petrosu

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. A wonderful stay that feels homely. Everything is available to celebrate holidays but also to prepare meals yourself. Some beach gear from previous guests, also very handy. Left our umbrella:) Two bedrooms and on the second bedroom three beds was perfect for us. Most enjoyed the outdoor space, large and cozy!A nice garden that can be closed to the pool. Everything has been thought about and present. Walking distance to a nice little supermarket and by car 10 minutes to the beach or downtown San Teodoro. Think carefully about the protection of mosquitoes because there are plenty of them. Attention is paid to that too!Finally, a lovely and well-preserved swimming pool which was a paradise for our daughters!It is somewhat noisy by the other guests from above and next to but not disturbing. Very nice and sweet host with good tips in the area.

Our stay with Daniela was absolutely amazing. Her communication is fantastic! The villa was better than what we expected. Spectacular views, the decor, and huge closets. Everything was super clean. The stay is something that will forever be remembered. She helped us with some of our issues and actually saved our trip when we had some problems. I cannot explain how fantastic this stay was. We will be back. If you are reading this just book. The price for what you get is truely worth it. The best Airbnb host we have ever had!

We had a wonderful time in Barbara's accommodation! The house is very cozy and tastefully furnished – especially the fantastic garden inspired us. Since we also cooked ourselves from time to time, we were very grateful for the well-equipped kitchen – it really had everything you need. Barbara is an incredibly warm and helpful hostess. For our little one, there were even a few loving extras that we didn't expect - a great surprise! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Thank you for everything, dear Barbara!

We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Valentinas apartment. Everything was super clean, the kitchen was well equipped, so we could prepare our own food. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay very comfortable. We stayed there with our toddler - he could play on the ground because everything was tidy and toddler safe. Valentina prepared a cozy baby bed. Check-in was flexible and the appartment is located just one kilometer from the beach. I definitly recommend the appartment.

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

Alessandra was so wonderful, very kind and always attentive and helpful. The home was perfectly located in a charming and peaceful neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. We got to interact with locals, and even found the restaurants in the neighborhood to be our favorite. It’s conveniently very close to downtown Olbia, but away from all the crowds. Last but not least, the sea and the spectacular views from the apartment. It was the perfect way to wake up every morning. The walk-able beach was stunning, with calm waves and clear waters. For us as a family very practical with 2 rooms (for our child). The outdoor area is also beneficial with children to play outside. Only to note (not to be criticized), you pay attention to the many mosquitoes and should be equipped well beforehand, we were literally "attacked" outside. But all the mosquito nets on the windows were an advantage so that they could also be left open at night.

Sabrina was really welcoming. The place was quiet, clean and bright. There is a swimming pool. There are few restaurants close to the house. Lovely beach with Cristal-clear water about 3 kilometers.

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Elena's apartment was really lovely -- super modern, spacious, and clean. She provided tons of amenities (towels, beach towels, beach bags, cooking utensils, etc). She was also very responsive and helped us out with finding a late night taxi for a night out. Overall, a really nice stay. Some things to note: - The pool has a swimming cap policy for when you are fully in the water (swimming caps were also provided for all guests). This was a bit annoying conceptually but it ended up being totally fine and kind of funny, so it shouldn't be an issue unless you want to do a hair flip photoshoot in the pool. - The free street parking was not immediately outside of the property (was around 3-5 mins walking) so keep this in mind if you have a lot of luggage to unload.

We had a great time at Luigi's beautiful house. It was very spacious and had everything you need. The huge patio was amazing and literally stepped strait onto the swimming pool. It was spotless and comfortable. There were 5 of us 4 adults and a child. The beach was a 5-minute walk. 5 minutes to a well-stocked supermarket. The town centre was 5 minutes away. We took up Luigi's recommendation's of restaurants and places to eat and were not disappointed every one was exactly as he had described. Great host very helpful and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend and if I return to Paula I would definitely stay again.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended
