Holiday rentals in Monte Cucco

We have just returned from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually brought a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We sought peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and frenzy of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to refresh after the excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Rodolfo and his family immediately welcomed us with open arms and were immediately available and very kind. Rodolfo recommended places to visit and excursions to do. The house is very nice and offers everything you need. It is a great place to get away from the chaos of the city and there are various hiking trails nearby that start from the house itself. The people in the village are very kind and very sunny. They were also very helpful in leaving us the wood available to use the fireplace, a very characteristic corner of the house. We'll definitely be back when we come back here! 😊

Umbria gem. This place was beautiful, clean, comfortable and peaceful. highly recommend it for an Italy getaway we will be back. Gabriele was a kind and welcoming host.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

We had an amazing stay as part of our honeymoon. Our host Robbie went above and beyond any expectations we had! He was happy for us to contact him at any point during our stay, and checked in via message to see if we needed anything or to go anywhere. The apartment was spotless and the terrace was superb - we made full use of it during our stay (even watching a thunderstorm from the cosy shelter of the pergola!). The apartment is a short distance from the mini metro, which made getting into the old town easy. Robbie collected us from the airport at the start and even drove us to collect our hire car and speak to the receptionist there to make sure everything was perfect! He also have us recommendations for places to go and to restaurants in the area.

what can I say! Everything is perfect! A gem like that you can't find it every day!! I don't think it needs positive reviews, you just have to have time to try it!! We really enjoyed our time in Coccore. Its such a beautiful house and the view is stunning. Great place to stay when exploring Marche and Umbria. We stayed 1 month. All worked very well and we can suggest the house for everyone. Sandra was very helpful and helped us a lot along the stay. We were 4 adults and 2 babies and the size of the house was perfect for us. There was also one bed more so fifth adult would fit comfortably. Only minus for us was that we could not take the babies to amazing upstairs library room since the gaps between the railings were too big that babies would have been in risk of falling through. That was something we suspected before the trip so it was not anything to upset for us. Great holiday, thank you Claudia and Sandra!
