Great place to stay… .informationally worth renting

We had a wonderful stay! The location is at a walkable distance from the tram and train stations. The apartment was clean and well furnished. Philippe was also prompt in his responses and extremely accommodative. He is happy to provide early check in and late check out options provided there are no other guests planned for those times. He's also extremely thoughtful - upon hearing that we have a 3 year old kid, he provided stuffed toys, sketches and colour pencils to make her stay enjoyable as well!

The apartment left us completely delighted from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay there. The apartments are very clean and stylish, inside there was everything necessary and even more! The beds have clean linen and comfortable mattresses. The terrace is delightful, in the morning we drank coffee there, and in the evening we dined and drank prosecco. Special thanks to Judith & Antoine for the excellent communication. We were provided with all the necessary information for a comfortable check-in and stay. They are very responsive and pleasant. We will definitely be happy to come back and stay with you!

Wonderful apartment with a great sea view. The place is homely and convenient. Close to Cros de Cagnes train station, which is great. Christophe the host is very kind and welcoming, and has many great recommendations in the area.

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The host was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout, making the check-in process smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the perfect location , nestled in a quiet residential area, yet just a short walk away from many touristic attractions. It truly offered the best of both worlds. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Patricia’s apartment exceeded expectations!! Fantastic, central location that made it really easy to get all around. The apartment itself was light and airy with pretty much everything we could possibly need. The expansive bed was extremely comfortable. But, the best thing about the property was that amazing terrace!! Wow! Views to die for and such a nice table and chairs for eating or just relaxing. Boy, did we enjoy that everyday we stayed there! If we ever come back Nice we absolutely hope to stay again.

Everything was great!

Our stay went very well. The environment is superb and the neighborhood is quiet. The term "cozy nest" is quite appropriate to define the apartment, small for sure, but which suited us very well. Well equipped too. Thank you again Françoise for your hospitality, kindness and availability.

Don't rely on the outside of the house which is not finished, but the interior is superb, the black marble tiles are nice. The house is on two levels the bedroom, bathroom and toilet are upstairs and downstairs you have the kitchen , a large living room with a big screen TV. You have a large terrace which is very nice in good weather which was not really our case , too bad. Amelia is very responsive to all your requests. i recommend this listing without problem.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

What can I say about this place and Fabien ! It would take a few paragraphs to describe everything . But my friends and I had an amazing time at this Airbnb, the host Fabien and his wife literally made us feel like guests… not like Airbnb guest but like a friend who invited us to stay in their lovely home . The house was super clean , beautiful and with an open concept… Fabien made sure that we had everything we needed and more . Any questions about the area , what to do etc…. He was very accommodating ! C ‘etait franchement une belle experience! Sans manque on retournera! Encore Mille Merci à vous deux !!

Erika & Gio not only have an incredible place exactly as described, but are great hosts. They offer great recommendations and are friendly and welcoming. Their AirBnB is perfectly located in Antibes and a great place for a relaxing stay and centrally located to explore the coasts. We will be staying here again if we come back to Antibes and can’t recommend it enough.

We spent a very nice holiday there. The domain is very quiet, with a lot of comfort. The owners are very discreet but present and very helpful if you have any questions. Recommended for those who want to visit the region, and yet enjoy the peace and quiet.

One of the best experience I had till now. Corinne was a great host who made sure that we do not have any problem accessing her very beautiful and highly advanced interiors at her apartment. She made sure that we do not have any trouble during our stay. There was an instance that induction of the kitchen gave an error while we were cooking breakfast. Corinne immediately came up to rescue , considering our time and opened her daughter's apartment to continue cooking. She also spend some good time with us and shared lots of details on what is worth visiting and all her recommendations were mind blowing and unique. we thoroughly enjoyed staying and vacationing from her recommendations. We had originally booked for 2 nights only but after seeing her house, location and courtsey we extended for 1 more night. Very well done Corrine. I have my highest recommendations. We will definitely come back to this apartment. regards

Amazing place, easy check in and walking distance to pretty much everything in Nice. We enjoyed our stay and felt extremely comfortable here.

Great place in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You can reach the sea and the Promenade des Anglais in 2 minutes. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful host.

The place is modern, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked up with every essentials. The location is near the beach with many cafes and restaurants nearby. A tram station is within the walking distance. Check-in process was straightforward. The host was very kind, accommodating and hospitable. I was allowed early check in.

A perfect stay! Highly recommended to anyone vacationing in Nice — this apartment is more beautiful than the photos :) Spacious, with sea-facing terrace, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.The location is excellent — right across from the beach and just a short walk to tram and bus stops. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Alain generously allowed us to store luggage and delivered it to the apartment, he welcomed us and explained every detail. We once accidentally locked ourselves the balcony, Suzanne came to our rescue right away — thank you again!

We loved our stay at Adriana's place in Menton. The apartment is modern, clean, secure and it had amazing water views and access. The kitchen is well equipped with coffee, appliances, and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. We were greeted and checked out personally, which created a personal connection with the hostess. She toured us around the property, the secure garage where we parked our rental car, and made suggestions for dinners out and things to do. The apartment is located directly at the water's edge, giving you quick access to the beach and beautiful promenade. It's also located above France's #1 bakery, which was an amazing and unexpected perk. My husband and I had an amazing time in Menton, and we will be staying at Adriana's place again. She was so lovely and has been a huge help in recommending places to visit, wineries, art experiences during our time on the Riviera.

One word: thank you! If you want to enjoy the area while being quiet and close to everything, book here. The place is just perfect and the best I've been able to discover in the time I've traveled. Regarding Anne Marie, she is an exceptional host especially after our small adventures when we arrived and at a forgotten object. I appreciate it

I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 weeks and it was great! The place was very clean. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and shown the accommodation, as well as a tip for shopping at Intermarché, which is just across the street. At night it is a bit noisy on the main road, but this is to be expected in the spring of the French Riviera. A train station is not far away and within 20-30 minutes you can drive to both Cannes and Monaco. Villeneuve-Loubet is in a great location! We will definitely be back!
