Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Monte Argentario

Veramente una bellissima esperienza! Consigliatissimo!

Io ed altri 8 amici abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dal 30 dicembre 2022 al 2 Gennaio 2023, per partecipare finalmente alla Fiaccolata di Santa Fiora. Anna è stata molto carina sin dall’inizio, l’appartamento molto bello, fornito di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, per andare a Santa Fiora solo pochi minuti di macchina ed il centro di Arcidosso pochi minuti a piedi. Subito sotto l’appartamento, un bar molto buono nel quale abbiamo fatto colazione la mattina della partenza. Tornando all’appartamento, non ho assolutamente niente da dire. Anche per quanto riguarda il riscaldamento, nonostante fosse in extra al prezzo Airbnb, con le letture al check-in ed al check-out, è stato da noi gestito molto bene, la casa si scalda in fretta ed è stata davvero confortevole. La raccomando! :)

Bel posto. Grandi piscine circonsate dal verde. Ad inizio giugno si stava d'incanto.

L'alloggio per quanto potesse sembrare piccolo, in realtà è dimostrato più che sufficiente. La posizione a 250 metri dal mare permette anche a chi non ha veicoli propri di recarsi in spiaggia senza problemi; è comunque presente un ampio parcheggio Casa fresca e, nonostante la sua posizione, anche ventilata. Comodo terrazzino/porticato dove poter mangiare comodamente in 6. Pulizia all'arrivo molto buona e lo stesso per lenzuola e asciugamani. Procedure di check-in e check-out chiarissime e con anche la possibilità di avere orari flessibili. Alloggio consigliato per tutte le età (da giovanissimi a famiglie)

L’appartamento è molto carino e gode di una posizione ottima, vicinissima al mare. Zona tranquilla fuori dal centro ma dotata di tutti i servizi. Unico consiglio che ci sentiamo di dare al proprietario è di sostituire il divano letto, piuttosto datato e molto scomodo. Per il resto esperienza ottima.

L’appartamento è immerso in una zona di pace in un posto dove le persone vivono la vita in modo sereno. Stefania è Mirello, i proprietari, hanno saputo ospitarci con tutti i comfort e riuscendo a far vivere a noi e ai nostri figli l’atmosfera maremmana al 100%. Esperienza unica!!

We are very happy we found Antonio’s place on Airbnb. The house is beautiful, fully equipped, enough space and very clean. The surroundings are even better. Peaceful and quiet, a nice pool for the kids and Scansano itself is lovely. Antonio and his wife welcomed us and made sure we had a nice stay. They gave us some good tips for dinner and wine. For wine lovers like us the local tips are the best. Thank you Antonio.

Sicuramente torneremo

We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.

Mit 5 Personen hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Montalto di Castro und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es mehrere schöne Bereiche, wo man sitzen, liegen oder essen kann. Im Pool konnten wir uns herrlich abkühlen. Miranda ist eine sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie gab uns sehr gute Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants.

Case Bardi is a beautiful location, lost in the hills with beautiful views of vineyards and olive trees. It is very peaceful. Although the swimming pool is shared among 20 houses, it is never crowded and was a great addition during very warm days. The house is a great size and amenities. It was not furbished with a lot of cooking utensils but the owner was very quick to provide anything we needed. I would recommend this location and house if you are looking to relax and enjoy the Tuscan countryside.

von Anfang bis Ende ein großartiger Aufenthalt! sehr herzlicher und informativer Empfang, alles top vorbereitet und easy Kommunikation. die Wohnung an sich passt genau zu Beschreibung, der Aussenbereich ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben die Sonneninseln und -liegen geliebt :-) die Aussicht auf das Meer von Castiglione della Pescaia ist ebenso traumhaft. wir kommen gerne wieder. auf jeden Fall einpacken: Mückenspray, das braucht man in der Region einfach.

Très bon logement qui propose tous les équipements nécessaires. Le cadre est idéal (en pleine nature) et proche d'activités (randonnée, viticulture, bains thermaux...). L'hôte a été accueillant et disponible.

Nous y avons passé 15 jours à 6. C'est une belle et grande villa à laquelle il faut savoir s'adapter un peu au début : l’électricité, les douches et équipements sont un peu à l'ancienne. Cette découverte passée, la maison est un vrai plaisir à occuper et offre de nombreuses opportunités. Il y a beaucoup d'espace et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis à l'étroit. Il faisait très chaud lors de notre visite et la climatisation a été très efficace, tout le monde dormait bien et la literie est de qualité. La vue à l'arrière de la maison est fantastique. Le jacuzzi sur le toit est un luxe rare dont nous avons été très heureux de profiter. Autour, vous avez de nombreuses options : plages à 20 minutes pour la plus proche, lac de Bolsena, Pitigliano, Vulci, Viterbe, Saturnia, Orvieto. Juste en face de la maison, boulangerie, café, pizzas. Belle rencontre avec Roberto, très sympathique et attentionné, d'une grande discrétion mais toujours présent pour répondre rapidement aux petits soucis.
