Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Monte Argentario

The most beautiful cottage in a stunning location. The views over the Val D’Orcia from the property were incredible. Close to several restaurants. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the space was pristine. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at Annalisa's place in Montalcino. The rooms are clean, spacious, and functional. Montalcino is a charming Tuscan hillside town and a great home base for exploring southern Tuscany (we visited San Gimignano, Pienza, and San Quirico d'Orcia over the course of two days). Annalisa's tips for places to eat in and around Montalcino were perfect -- our meal on the first night was at a low-key, family-run place (Porta de Cassero) and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of our entire trip. Be sure to take a tour at the winery where she works (Costanti) -- beautiful vineyards, a chance to explore the cellars, and delicious Brunello di Montalcino to taste and buy. Annalisa and her team repeatedly went above and beyond in terms of service. We had a bit of trouble finding the place (not her fault -- she had provided detailed, turn-by-turn directions, but we mistakenly put our faith in Google), and she ended up driving up to where we parked and then had us follow her back through the narrow streets. So appreciated!

Il nostro soggiorno si è rivelato meglio di quanto ci saremmo potuti aspettare, Chiara si è dimostrata fin dall'inizio disponibile e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. La camera aveva una pulizia impeccabile e l'airbnb è immerso nella natura, circondato da mucche, cavalli, gatti e altri animali che contribuiscono a rendere ancora più rilassante il soggiorno nella campagna Toscana. La colazione è eccezionale: abbondante e con molti prodotti fatti in casa (la migliore marmellata di pera che abbiamo mai assaggiato!). Lo raccomandiamo a tutti e non appena avremo occasione di tornare in Toscana, saremo sicuri su dove soggiornare! Grazie mille ancora agli host per come ci hanno fatto sentire durante la nostra vacanza =)

I extended my stay in this wonderful apartment because it was such a fantastic base and wonderful apartment. The furnishing and fitting are high quality and this is a very pleasing space to the eye and to a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Anna went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. I was most grateful for her extraordinary hospitality.

Rosy was ontzettend aardig voor ons en heeft het ons zeer gemakkelijk gemaakt tijdens het verblijf. Prachtig uitzicht en een lekker zwembad. Manciano ligt in de buurt, waar je gezellig kunt eten.

Unterkunft war echt top. Wir wurden auch super freundlich empfangen. Das war unglaublich schön und der Urlaub hat super begonnen :)) wir können über die Unterkunft nur schönes sagen. Eine Kritik ist vielleicht die hellhörigkeit im Haus. Es sind dünne Wände 🙃 Was etwas schade gewesen ist… wir wollten unsere Buchung ändern und haben es ist der angegeben Frist getan. Leider war der Gastgeber da etwas stur und hat es ohne wirkliche Gründe abgelehnt und mich an Airbnb verwiesen. Von denen haben wir einen Gutschein erhalten. Da hätte ich mir eine nettere Kommunikation gewünscht. Aber die Unterkunft ist echt top :)

Die Unterkunft ist großartig, mit einem sehr guten Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer sehr sauber. Einziger Nachteil, die Matratze war uns zu weich. Herma ist sehr freundlich, hatten ein tolles Gespräch mit ihr. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei ihr vorbei.

Great quiet place with great owners and good dog. Its very quiet so I slept like a stone at the bottom of the lake. Breakfast was local and very tasty. Owners are great to talk to and very friendly. I had just a stopover there but felt really nice welcomed.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans une très belle chambre, un endroit magnifique et super calme. Proche des thermes en voiture. L’hôte est très accueillant. Et le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux avec des produits locaux.

ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt, trotz relativ spontaner Buchung lief alles super ab, mein Check in wurde sehr zuvorkommend geregelt! Die Suite war genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen sehr komfortabel und schön. Der Blick aus dem Fenster in die Toskana ist atemberaubend. Im Ausenbereich kann man sich super sonnen oder im Pool baden mit Toskana Blick. Auch das Frühstück war sehr ausgiebig und gut. Ich habe meinen kurzen Aufenthalt schon bei der Abreise bedauert und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

I’ve traveled extensively, stayed at Ritz Carlton’s…this family owned wine farm has by far, the most attention to every detail. Love and a great deal of work (they renovated and built every item themselves). From the interior design to the homemade breakfast, everything from the farm to the sincerity of their hospitality and treated me like family…even more so. I’ve fallen in love with the location and the family and hope to return many times. The location is very convenient as well to drive all throughout Tuscany. I cried when I left the entire 20 minutes to drop off my car and most of the train ride to Rome as it touched my heart so deeply.

De ruimte van Monique en Hans was heel netjes, schoon en smaakvol. Zo wonen prachtig op een berg met bos en veel groen om zich heen. Prachtig mooi uitzicht vanaf het ontbijt terras. Monique heeft echt haar best gedaan om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Ze heeft hele comfortabele bedden en kussens wat ik bij veel huisje en B&B's in Italië mis. Helaas zouden we maar 1 nachtje blijven, maar na aankomst hadden we spijt dat we niet langer zouden blijven. We komen graag terug en dan langer!

Super Unterkunft, mega leckeres Frühstück, netter Gastgeber. Haben ihn auch für einen privaten Schnorcheltrip gebucht, er kennt die besten Stellen der Insel. Top Urlaub, gerne wieder!

Laura dolce ed ospitale, sempre disponibile ed attenta nonché ottima cuoca. Agriturismo immerso nel verde e nella pace vicino a luoghi incantevoli. Consigliato.

Sono una ragazza che viaggia in sedia a rotelle con il mio compagno. Gli host sono stati super disponibili fin dall’inizio per mettermi nelle migliori condizioni di comfort possibili. La tenda è super comoda, il bagno spazioso e la doccia a terra. Anche la jacuzzi interrata è facile da usare. Sono muniti di una rampetta per fare i tre gradini all’ingresso, all’occorrenza. L’unico punto in cui si ha bisogno di una mano è sulla discesa in breccia che si trova di fronte alla tenda, ma saranno una 15ina di metri in tutto ed è uno “sforzo” che vale davvero la pena fare per questo posto meraviglioso. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti, un paradiso. Martino ed Angela degli host eccezionali

Sabrina doesn't speak English but with Google translate she helped me with many tasks. Room was newly refurbished. Lovely breakfast. She recommended a take away Pizzaria 5 minutes drive away and I ate my pizza at a bench in the park opposite.

Massimiliano & son épouse sont vraiment très agréables et d'une grande gentillesse ! ils nous ont recommandé des sites touristiques et des restaurants à proximité facile à faire et trouver. Un séjour idyllique en Toscane ! Merci encore pour tout 🙂
