We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We had a wonderful time in this absolutely cute house, which is surrounded by breathtaking nature. The tranquility is unique - you can only hear the chirping of the birds, and every now and then deer appear at the edge of the forest. Simply magical! The pool was well maintained and you had real peace. A real highlight for us was the kitchen: so lovingly furnished and exceptionally well equipped - we have never experienced anything like it! The gas stove and the high-quality oven have made cooking a pleasure. Host Diego was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. You immediately feel welcome and well cared for. A perfect retreat for those who appreciate nature, tranquility and loving details.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

The area is incredible, peaceful and the view spectacular. Asciano has the delightful charm of an Italian village. The people were friendly and welcoming. Even got greeted by their local police who offered up their number in case we needed anything. I felt safe, and it felt as if I lived there for years. I’d say this is a piece of heaven on earth. I only stayed one day with my partner, but I left my heart in Rocca d'orcia, the Paesino is perfect for a few days of tranquility in a setting of yesteryear. The accommodation is spacious, the kitchen is complete with everything, the bedroom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Near the house, there is a restaurant that offers Tuscan food with a touch of originality. I would say perfect, everything absolutely recommended. I hope to return.

Sarah was in touch with us before arrival, recommended restaurants and inform us about the parking place, as you can't park inside the old town. the apartment was as in the pictures, beautiful view

This was a wonderful space with amazing history of the Val d'Orcia. Giuseppe was a delight showing us everything we needed to know in this very well appointed two story unit. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hosts went to great lengths to supply everything we could need, especially the Illy coffee and moka pot for espresso. Having the clothes washer was a big plus. The views from every window are breathtaking and the location is a perfect balance of feeling out in the country while close to tourism sites. Have a car was very useful. The unit sits amongst many making it feel like a little quaint and quiet town with a small grocery steps away. We were very fortunate to have found this place and would recommend to anyone as something very special and quietly romantic.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful home which is very spacious, comfortable and very well furnished. The views are superb even by the high standards of Montalcino. Communication was proactive and very helpful. Nothing to fault. We would definitely stay again and look forward to doing so.

Those who love the tranquility and the ideal starting point for visits in the area plus a lovingly furnished home will be right with Federico. Both cafes in the village are beautiful places to stop in the evening, enjoy the view from the mountain to the fantastic countryside. Seggiano is located on a stop, the house in the middle of the village. We made many fantastic excursions and were always happy to return to Seggiano in the evening and experience this special place. Thank you for your hospitality!

The two of us spent a weekend in Sara's beautiful home. It wasn't just a nice place to sleep, but an added value to our vacation! In addition, the location is very convenient, within walking distance of the spa and Monte Amiata, but also the town is very charming and deserves to be visited. The owners are very kind and always available, it was a pleasure to be their guests, we will return.

Alessandro is a very nice and thoughtful host. The place and the view is great. It has everything you need for your trip (probably best for couples or on your own). Having a car is almost non negotiable but that also makes it very calm and quiet. Groceries and some great ice cream are close by. Can only recommend!

You will not regret your stay! From the moment we were greeted by Elisa’s father on arrival we felt welcomed. The accomodation exceeded our expectations with absolutely everything that you would need with the bonus of being able to access to the amazing pool. It is only a short walk down to the city centre. To top this all off, the hosts are extremely generous and friendly. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will look at returning one day!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Letizia’s accommodation. The beauty of the home and surrounding valley exceeded the photos and description. We felt so welcome and at home and had plenty to do from walking on the farm to visiting the many surrounding towns. Letizia recommended a local restaurant which was superb. We stayed at this home for the May Day Bridge with a family friend. Everything was perfect. The place was clean, tastefully furnished, and with everything you need. The house, originally a small church along the Via Francigena, is located in a vast property perfectly maintained. The view of the surrounding area is magnificent, the total silence, thanks also to the interruption of the street. The surrounding garden is also equipped with a grill and pizza oven that we have successfully taken advantage of. The best thing, however, was Paolo's assistance, always available for any questions regarding self check-in and more. Each of our requests received an immediate response. I recommend this place 100% and will definitely be back!

A Tuscan dream. Some days I had to pinch myself to realize that I wasn't in a movie. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time in the region and also in the house. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was unique and we also enjoyed grilling outside. We simply enjoyed it and felt at home. Finally, relaxation and tranquility, which you rarely experience. Thank you for your trust in this wonderful piece of Tuscany. A must-see for all those seeking peace and quiet or people who really want to experience what Tuscan flair means.
