We had an amazing experience at the house, both the Host and D. Rosa were impeccable in making us feel at home. The views were amazing and the house is very well decorated. All the features are there we especially enjoyed the heated pool, the jacuzzi and the pool table. Definitely will come back!

Although we were not lucky with time, the stay was memorable and we thought we would go back. Beautiful house with excellent sights, very well framed. Very comfortable with excellent heating. We can easily find a place for lunch and dinner as kings.

A brilliant stay, very comfortable peaceful house in a private location near to the start of many hiking trails. The pool was fantastic, the lounge and beds were really comfortable and light and airy Great view over the village and valley. Andre was a great host- helped with the route to the house, and sent us individualised walking routes The local restaurant has not yet opened this season but he sent details of one ☝️ n the next village and rang them to check it was open for us. Great trip, beautiful and atypical house with its beautiful stones and an impeccable interior. Top garden, with beautiful relaxing pool. Special mention for the setting, which is just magnificent, exotic and relaxing. With super cute neighbors 🐑 We really recommend this house, and hope to return for a future stay in Portugal! The host also helped us with walks and restaurants, thank you very much!

Clara’s place was amazing. The house is enormous and so beautiful. Clara was really helpful with all aspects of our stay and was always so responsive when we had any questions. The pictures really don’t do this place justice and as a group of 14, we had an amazing time. As a group our size, we had ample room for a peaceful stay.

We had a wonderful time at Arlindo's house. It is a beautifully restored farmhouse, with a lot of space and a nice swimming pool, which comes in really handy in the summer. The pictures on the website really don't do it justice, it is really luxurious and it is spotlessly clean. Arlindo and his wife check you in and out and are really lovely. Boticas is a small village, although with a nice municipal market where you can stock up on supplies. Although it is not very well explained in local tourism websites, this is a very interesting area, with a very rich pre-roman and roman past. There are several spectacular iron-age hill forts very close by and in the local museum you can see reproductions of the amazing warrior statues that were found in the area. We liked in particular the Carvalhelhos hill fort and the nearby fonte dos amores. I can therefore highly recommend both the property and the area.

Super location to be in nature. Great space for big families or travelling with friends. Odd distribution of the space but comfortable and specious, specially the common areas. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook. Super friendly owner and neighbours. Would definitely come back.!

I had the opportunity to stay at Souto's place and I can say it was one of my best experiences as a guest. The host was just amazing, always available and attentive, worried about ensuring that we had a comfortable and problem-free stay. The house itself is very welcoming and has all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this home and hope I can do it again in the future.

I had a phenomenal week in an empty village, the house was very nice and perfectly located to enjoy a couple of calm days in the nature. I fell in love with the place and sure will be back!
