Waterfront holiday rentals in Mont Boron, Nice

Nice appartment in the heart of the old town, just a few minutes away from the beach, many (good) restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. Appartment is quite small, but very clean and cozy. There’s everything you need: kitchen, coffee machine, towels, hairdryer etc. The furniture is very modern. There are only two minor downgrades. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything the neighbours say and do. And the stairs to get to the appartment are quite challenging, especially if you travel with bigger bags. Pauline is very helpful and answers quickly.

Renaud’s flat was perfect for our stay. Our trip happened to fall over the UN Ocean Conference and even with the added complexity of security checks around the area, Renaud personally ensured we’d be able to check in with ease. His place had everything we needed (great WiFi, hairdryer, steamer, kitchen necessities) and was thoughtful to provide bottled water on arrival. The views were impeccable and the building and surrounding neighborhood was secure. Would gladly stay with Renaud again !

Staying at David’s Airbnb was truly a dream. It was the very first Airbnb I ever booked, and I can confidently say it was everything I had hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had zero complaints the entire time, which honestly says a lot. David himself was absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, and always responsive. He made everything so smooth and stress-free, which really helped me relax and enjoy my time. The location? Incredible. Super central, safe, and surrounded by great places to eat, explore, and soak in the local vibe. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Without a doubt, I’d love to come back and stay at David’s place again. It was a perfect home away from home. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time staying at François’s home. The location was great being very close to the water and a short distance from old town. The home was in a quiet courtyard, but around the corner from the tram, making for easy transportation throughout the city! Françoise met us at the beginning of our check-in and helped show us around the home, provided us with amazing recommendations and even prepared a gift basket for us to enjoy! Overall, we loved staying at François’s beautiful home and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay! The location was fabulous, in walking distance of all the main sites within Nice, but also private and in a quiet part of the city. As two young female travellers we felt extremely safe in the area. The apartment was spacious and featured all the amenities listed. Béatrice was a great host, was extremely proactive and provided great recommendations! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in Safia’s apartment. Location was excellent and the apartment is as described. We had a car and needed to park a little while away so something to keep in mind with luggage and the stairs but it was as expected. Safia was responsive and very helpful. We would recommend to others staying in Villefranche.

Spectacular views from an extreme comfortable and modern apartment. The whole area is a maxing in any event and easy to walk to all the bars, restaurants and beaches just downhill and then the steps back give you the chance to walk off the excess.

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great stay. Very nice apartment inside with a beautiful outside area. Location is also great - it’s close to the beach and a lot of different places can be reached within 30 mins. The parking spot was also a plus. Overall, we can fully recommend staying here as a family (2 kids and a baby).

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

Super hôtes ! très accueillants et prévenants. Merci Elaine et Rutger . La maison est très chaleureuse et a beaucoup de cachet. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Une pépite dans un magnifique jardin, où l'on entends les oiseaux chantés. Les couchages sont de qualités, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Tout est fidèle aux photos. Il n'y a pas de perte d'espace. Les accès à la mer sont directs (en 3 minutes) et à la gare aussi. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de la voiture durant tout le séjour. Bravo !

Unbelievable location for this immensely picturesque home. Very close to centre of Antibes, yet quiet and secluded.

Out of all places I have stayed in, this was by far one of the top. It was so beautiful with such a great location to all the amazing sites. This was our first time in the south of France (traveling with a small child) and wanted to stay somewhere beautiful, central and quiet. This was definitely THE place. First I cannot describe how beautiful the house was and it had the most lovely sea view, it was so tranquil. Nathalie was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. The nearest sandy beach was about 5-10 min away in either direction. It is 3-5 walk to old town. 10-15min walk to the train station. Antibes is gorgeous and has amazing food/shopping/anything you want. We bought a 7day train pass and went to most of the other local villes and beaches. We had a fabulous vacation and were sad to leave. We would come back and rent this place again in a heart beat! Merci pour tout Nathalie!!!

Simply amazing house - location , cleanliness, decor superb! Stroll to Royal Beach Club and public beaches and everything Antibes has to offer on the doorstep. Train connections great to explore Nice to Monaco and Cannes and boats to St Tropez from Golfe Juan 15 mins away - just perfect! 10/10 ⭐️

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

Best view. That’s pretty much all you need to know. The place is great - small but compact with everything you need! Just a few min walk to one of the best beaches in the neighborhood, the old town is a 5 min walk away. Plenty of restaurants around. Can’t recommend it enough!

We really enjoyed our stay and the views were spectacular. Very helpful host who went out of her way to sort out an issue for us when we lost our way back to the apartment on our first night there! Marie Lawrence and her support team were wonderful and we are very grateful.

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

Sonia’s place was wonderful. It was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was really good, walking distance to everything. The amenities were just as described. We felt very comfortable, and Sonia was very responsive. Thank you so much, Sonia!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)
