Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend your property! It was a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the highway. We felt right at home! It was quiet at night (we were gone most days). My biggest positive about this property is how CLEAN it was! The hosts were very responsive when we reached out.

Location was great. Would advise to use google maps instead of Waze. Waze stopped well before the house. We had a great stay. Everything as described.

Laurel and LoriAnn are wonderful hostesses. They really wanted to ensure that our stay was excellent. They resolved a couple of issues immediately. The apartment is comfortable and well appointed. We would stay here again.

This place was perfect for our needs- plenty of outdoor space to explore with the pup, comfortable bed and sitting space and fully stocked kitchen.

We only stayed 1 night but really enjoyed it. The place is just as described. Very clean and comfortable. There were snacks and single serve cereals on the counter and a few mini sodas and milk in the fridge....VERY nice touch! The only negative thing i can say....and this has nothing to do with the accommodations or the host, just something to be aware of.....the person in the apartment above you is a HEAVY walker. Other than that, is was a perfect stay and would certainly stay again.

Great deal! If you’re visiting Morgantown with a group & need a bunch of beds & bathrooms, I can’t imagine better bang for your buck. Ray & team were extremely responsive when a few minor issues came up during our stay. It’s worth noting that this apartment is right downtown, so while it is walkable, it’s not the quietest. Light sleepers might have a hard time, but I slept like a rock :) Would happily stay again!

Mikes place was very clean and was exactly what we needed while in the area for work. Mike was awesome to deal with and very helpful with anything we needed while staying there!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the “Head of the Holler” it was exactly what we were looking for while we attended our Daughters graduation at WVU. We wanted a place that was away from all the hustle and bustle of Morgantown yet close enough to be convenient and this place was perfect! The host was great and everything about the house was perfect! Thank you Sean, we had a wonderful stay at The Head of the Holler!

Kelly's house was so cozy and felt like home. Everything was brand new and was very clean. We loved all the amenities...the outside patio was so cozy and peaceful.

Amazing stay and amazing host. This house was exactly what you want in a short term rental. Even with 79 we never heard it. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. We enjoyed easy access to i79 and the Fairmont area. Cathy was always prompt to answer all our questions before arrival. Plenty of towels, all the necessities were there, even extra paper products, soaps, plastic wrap etc. We had 3 bikes and kayaks and had plenty of space to keep them. AC and heat worked perfectly with the changes in the spring weather, this was much appreciated. plenty of hot water for showers, dishes, laundry. Very enjoyable stay. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Exactly as listed. This place met all my expectations, and exceeded them in a few ways. The creek right outside was nice. The home was very clean, and there were special touches throughout - a fantastic coffee assortment, plenty of space, and a fun area for games in the loft.

Our time at The Nest was beyond perfect! This cozy apartment was spotless and had everything my boyfriend and I needed for a quick weekend trip to watch Motocross up in Pennsylvania. Colton was very quick to respond. Overall, a very great stay, would recommend!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed, and WVU was a short, easy drive away for us. The house was super clean and our host Eva was very helpful with clear instructions on our stay. There were plenty of amenities provided, and we were made to feel at home. This house will be our choice for future visits to see our son. Thanks Eva!

Courtland was very easy to work with. We had a bump up with power due to a storm and he graciously helped us solve the situation. Courtland is a great host!

The perfect stay for WVU orientation!

Everything was great, place was clean & as described. Only thing I was not crazy about was it was on the lower level which I knew but the condos are older so everything happening upstairs I heard all night long. The second night I put on white noise so it helped me because I’m a VERY light sleeper. Our friends and my husband had no issues sleeping but I hear everything so for me I wish I had brought ear plugs. I swear a leaf could fall outside and I’d wake up and be up for 2 hours. Overall we absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it and stay again! We almost don’t want anyone to know about this gem so it’s available the next time we come to see the Mountaineers play!! Perfect place & perfect location!!! Thanks for letting us stay!!

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property was clean, well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location to go to Morgantown and surrounding parks. Having soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion available was very nice! It had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely would stay again. Thumbs up!!!

Toni's place was just what my mother and I needed for a 2 month long stay for her heart surgery nearby, and Toni was a lovely and responsive host. She handled any questions or maintenance requests promptly and went above and beyond to help us out with my mother's dog during an emergency medical situation when I was away. I'd recommend the place to anyone looking for a clean, well equipped spot just a short drive from downtown Morgantown. Thank you Toni!!
