Holiday rentals with a patio in Monkey Island, Oklahoma

One of my favorite places to stay in Bentonville. Perfect space. Perfect location. Walked out the door for a run around the square and crystal bridges trail. 2nd visit to this place and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely place close to mtn biking trails, backs up to green space with a cozy backyard.

We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

This was the sweetest little place to stay in Bella Vista. Close to some fun trails and very clean + spacious. Cynthia communicated wonderfully and we loved her space!

We loved the place: its comfortable and elegant design and its location, so harmonious with the neighborhood and the life of the town, were perfect. The place had resources (like a bike locker, two large tv's, and a well-equipped kitchen) that we did not make use of but which we hope to use sometime on a return visit. The chairs in the bedroom were especially comfortable.

We had a great long weekend stay at Beverly's place! The 5 of us (parents/3 teen/pre-teens) fit perfectly in the space and it was close to everything we wanted to check out in the area. We especially appreciated Beverly's recommendation to head to downtown Bentonville for an event while we were in town. We also enjoyed a great hike a Tanyard Creek. Mornings on the back porch were our favorite part of the Airbnb. Overall, great weekend and great space for us to stay - would highly recommend.

With great experience for their stay in wonderful communication through Todd. The check-in was easy and we knew what to expect well before coming in for Business. The location is amazing, right off the highway and close to tons of restaurants and entertainment like Topgolf and the amp music venue. Will be back!

This place was prefect for our fishing trip. Sadly our fishing tournament was cancel due to lake level raising to flood range. Thanks to Kassy for working with us after the cancellation. We are hoping for a reschedule and definitely will book this place again

We absolutely loved our stay! This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. Having everything right off the back deck made it so convenient, and the pool table downstairs quickly became our favorite part—especially when the rain rolled in and we had ten guests to entertain! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway that still has everything you need. The private dock was a huge bonus and made the experience even better!

This was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. We never felt crowded in this beautiful home! We stayed for a weekend of golf at Shangri-La and to hot tub/play pool. Josh was great with recommendations and very friendly. We would definitely stay again! The pictures don’t do the view justice!

The house had all the necessities for cooking. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. The fish cleaning station was very convenient. This is the perfect place to stay for a fishing weekend.

Clean, comfortable, cute house that met our needs. Suggestion: need a hook or two outside the master bath shower to hang a towel.

The place was very peaceful! The pictures could use a bit of updating as the carport is no longer there and there is now an additional seating area outside (which was great for games). Key highlights: - Hot tub was relaxing and the dock was conveniently located (a short walk away) for fishing and such - There were tons of things to do within a 5-30 minute drive from marinas, casinos, downtime shopping, etc. - House was very well stocked with games, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. - Great townsfolk! We got to know some neighbors a block or twos over and they were wonderful! - Having wifi was really nice for the area - House was very clean and instructions within the welcome book were very clear and detailed. - Welcome book included several recommendations for eateries and activities

The photos and description of the home did not disappoint- the views of the lake were spectacular from inside out! We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again sometime!

This house was adorable and had the BEST natural light and outdoor space. We loved it!

Had a great stay with family for Bike Fest! The apartment is in a great location- right by Coler. Has private bike storage, bike washing station, great parking. The actual apartment is surrounded by trees and the porch has a delightful spot to sip coffee while bird watching. The place was stocked with coffee, the washer and dryer helped us keep up with our kids dirty clothes. The appliances are all very clean. Very comfy stay, felt right at home! Will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great place to stay communication is excellent. Had one issue it was taken care of within a couple hours. It was not a big deal. Things happen. No problems whatsoever absolutely great place to stay beautiful surroundings. Everything that you could possibly need. I will definitely stay there again I travel to that area of the state three or four times a month for business and I will definitely give her my business again. Totally appreciate the great communicationand handling everything for me. I will be back. Thank you.

Had a great 6 day stay! Perfect stay for a couple & their fur baby.

We loved having a place where all the adults could have a king sized bed. The location was very convenient to a family reunion we were attending in Bella Vista/Tanyard park area. Nels responded quickly to us, and we look forward to staying when we come to the area again.

The B Side of Bike in, Bike out was excellent for my family's visit to Bentonville for a music festival at The Momentary. My wife and I, our adult daughter, and our two dogs found it a perfect fit. Everything is in excellent condition and nicely appointed, giving the appearance of new or newly decorated. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the showers were good, and the TV and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some, with all of the appliances and furnishings a notch or two above what I expect in a rental home. Access to the garage was a nice extra. We would love to come back next time we are in Bentonville.
