Holiday rentals with a patio in Monferrato

Appartamento comodo e spazioso, curato e dotato di tutte le comodità. Punto di forza è il giardino che circonda la casa, perfetto per chi ha un cane. Dislocato a pochi minuti da Alba, è comodo per raggiungere tutti i borghi più noti delle Langhe e del Roero. Marta è stata ospitale e gentilissima. Raccomando questa sistemazione.

Wir haben 14 Tage bei Paula verbracht und die sind wie im Fluge vergangen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wir sind gerne auf Wandertouren unterwegs und hatten hier die Möglichkeit direkt vom Haus aus schöne Touren zu starten, ohne das Fahrzeug zu bewegen. Die Wohnung selbst bietet einen gehobenen Komfort und es ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die kurze, abenteuerliche Auffahrt von Sori nimmt man gerne in Kauf, da man in einer anderen Welt ankommt. Danke für die sehr gute Kommunikation und die wertvollen Tipps.

Great Apartment, nicely furnished with comfy bed & fully equipped kitchen. Very handy to have a washing machine & a drying rack for Travellers. It is an easy walk into city centre of Alba & there is a great supermarket close by. Thankyou Valeria for sharing your lovely apartment. Suzanne 😊

Everything as in the advert. I actually don’t think you need a car. There are great walks up the hill, there’s breakfast in the cafe next door and the next train station is a 10 mins walk away - and that takes you everywhere up and down the coast. My only quibble would be that the windows are single glazed and the morning traffic is loud. Fantastic hosts. Hard to beat!!

Absolut tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber. Super Ausstattung, tolle Lage. Immer gleich geantwortet und sehr flexiebel beim check-in. Jederzeit wieder :)

Nicola and Alice provided the best Airbnb experience my husband and I have ever had during our honeymoon. Their apartment is unique and it is clear it was decorated and is maintained with love and care. The photos do not do it justice- it is a BEAUTIFUL, comfortable space that is only outshined by the view and experience of the private roof terrace. Nicola was very responsive, kind, and hospitable. It is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Ligurian coast. 10/10 experience!!!

Stayed here as I had to leave my apartment. It was so close to the metro and trams. Easy instructions and overall a very lovely place. Super happy I chose this!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement de Marco à l’occasion d’un EVJF et nous avons été enchantées : appartement accueillant, chic et design ! Accueil plus que chaleureux de Marco qui fait tout pour que nous nous sentions au mieux. Sans oublier sa disponibilité, ses recommandations précieuses et son sens inégalable du service (chauffeur aéroport, chef à domicile, réservations de restaurant et spa, etc.). Nous n’avons aucune fausse note à relever tant Marco nous a offert plus que ce à quoi nous nous attendions ! Un immense merci, vous avez rendu notre séjour encore plus inoubliable. Nous reviendrons à n’en pas douter ! MERCI !

Een verblijf bij Flavia, casa Vello Zello, staat garant voor rust en het echte vakantie gevoel in Italie! Het huis is prachtig, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Airco’s, heerlijke buitenruimte, prachtige badkamers en toiletten alles perfect. Accomodatie zelf staat in het Piemonte landschap en iets buiten het dorp. Dus je moet even een ritje maken naar de bakker/supermarkt, maar dat is geen straf in deze omgeving. Flavia is een top host en staat altijd voor je klaar. Mij heeft ze hartelijk ontvangen en van leuke tips/restaurants in de omgeving voorzien. Kortom een prachtige plek voor een heerlijke vakantie in Italië!

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

Å bo hos Joanna og familien var enda bedre enn vi drømte om. Utsikten var helt magisk vakker. Man får følelsen av å sitte på toppen av verden når du sitter ved svømmebassenget og ser utover landskapet. Det er også en koselig sitteplass under tak rett utenfor leiligheten her har du også flott utsikt. Store fine soverom, og en koselig liten kjøkkenkrok, og stort spisebord inne. Det var så rent og pent over alt. Det aller beste var vertskapet som til enhver tid sørget for at oppholdet vårt ble helt fantastisk. Så varme og imøtekommende mennesker, som kom med masse inspirerende forslag til hva vi kunne oppleve i områdene rundt. Vi vil garantert komme tilbake.

Kohde oli kaunis ja siisti. Se sijaitsee rauhallisella alueella, jossa voi nauttia maaseudun rauhasta. Kuvaus piti paikkansa ja talosta löytyi luvatut asiat. Me viihdyimme hyvin. Lähellä oli lyhyen matkan päässä paljon nähtävää ja kivoja kyliä.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen! Ruhe und eine herrliche Umgebung. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Whirlpool perfekt um sich nach einer Wanderung zu entspannen. So idyllisch, dass wir bestimmt wieder kommen werden. Danke Mara!

Die Wohnung von Laura und Simone punktet mit einer wirklich guten Lage. Man ist schnell bei der Metro oder im lebhaften Navigli-Viertel. Besonders genossen haben wir die kleine, charmante Terrasse im grünen Hinterhof – perfekt, um den Tag mit einem Espresso zu starten. Das ausklappbare Sofa war überraschend gemütlich für ein Schlafsofa, was einen angenehmen Schlaf ermöglichte. Die Kommunikation mit Laura und Simone war stets hervorragend: sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner Punkt, der uns persönlich gestört hat, war der sehr starke Parfümgeruch der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Hier wäre weniger Duft unserer Meinung nach mehr gewesen. Auch die Garage ist recht schmal, was man beachten sollte. Mit unserem Skoda Octavia war das Aussteigen schon sehr eng. Trotz dieser kleinen Anmerkungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Mailand definitiv empfehlen.

This place in Milan is perfect for an overnight stay near the train station, and also a great base for a longer stay to explore the city. The hosts were very responsive and accomodating of our late check in. The place was well set up, clean and tidy.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment! Not only was it spotless, it was perfect for what we needed! We cooked in the kitchen a few times and spent loads of downtime on the balcony! It was so close to the centre and all of the top things to do are within a 10/15 minute walk! Will stay again and recommend highly to others :)

Logement idéalement situé, proche du centre de Milan, tout en étant au calme. La literie est confortable et la petite terrasse est agréable pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Federico est un hôte disponible qui répond rapidement à toute question.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location - just a very short walk from Milano Centrale station. Comfortable bed, all of the essentials provided, and has a cute little balcony. Highly recommend staying here when in Milan! Thanks for hosting us, Michele.

Bel appartement . Un souci du détail dans le design et la décoration. Plutôt spacieux. Fabio fait vraiment de son mieux pour qu’on nous faciliter notre séjour.

Situato in pieno centro con possibilità di lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio interrato a 4/5 minuti a piedi dal appartamento, quest’ultimo veramente ampio con 3 camere matrimoniali 2 bagno, salotto e cucina, un terrazzo grande dove poter sia mangiare in compagnia e rilassarsi. Host sempre chiaro e disponibile.

The hosts are top notch, thoughtful, kind, responsive and accommodating. The place is in great shape and in an excellent part of town near everything. Highly recommend!
