Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mondello

An incredible view of the bay, the apartment is very nice and modernly decorated and everything is very clean! Many drinks are provided upon arrival, including wine, beer and Aperol, which made us feel very welcome and immediately at home! Carlo is very helpful and always available, he gave us tips about the area and organized an airport transfer at an unbeatable price! We did notice a lot of traffic noise during a few nights, but it could be due to the public holiday in Italy…

El alojamiento forma parte de una hermosa vivienda con jardín. Segregaron una parte pero con acceso independiente y zonas claramente delimitadas. Al amanecer sólo se oyen los mirlos, tortolas y palomas torcaces. El desayuno en el jardín es muy agradable Habitaciones frescas con techos altísimos. Cierres de puertas y ventanas excelentes. Cocina con todo lo necesario. Se aparca fácilmente en la puerta. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Playa a cinco o diez minutos. Parada de autobús a cinco minutos. Muchísimas gracias a Giada y a su amable padre.

Der Aufenthalt bei Arianna war wirklich toll. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment richtig wohl gefühlt. Schon vor der Ankunft hat Arianna uns einige Tipps gegeben und immer super schnell geantwortet. Auch bei dem Weg vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft hat sie uns unterstützt, was wirklich super nett war. Unser Flug kam früh an und Arianna hat einen früheren Check-In möglich gemacht. Dort angekommen, war Arianna direkt super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und uns einen Overview über die Must-Sees in der Nähe gegeben. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war sie immer erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage und war wirklich sehr sauber. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. 🥰

appartement très bien situé,à 5 min à pied de la gare. à proximité de toutes les choses à voir à pied,les restaurants et bars . pour faire ses courses,il y a un Lidl à 5 min,sinon des magasins de dépannage au bas de l'immeuble. l'appartement est au 1er étage et donne sur une rue très commerçante et vivante et enfin Eleonora est très accueillante et arrangeante au niveau des horaires d'arrivée( 21h30 passée pour ma part)

Topla dobrodošlica u stvarno čistom i estetski lijepom smještaju. Domaćin je uvijek bio prisutan i ugodan. Znamenitosti su na pješačkoj udaljenosti. Preporuke!

Meine Tochter hat mit ihren Freundinnen eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Giovanni und sein Sohn Lorenzo waren bei allen Fragen stets erreichbar und haben sofort geholfen. Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand und die Mädchen konnten wundervolle Tage am Strand verbringen oder sich auch einfach auf dem sehr großen Balkon mit Strandblick sonnen. Vom Haus aus ist Palermo City mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen und auch direkt in Mondello gibt es einige schöne Restaurants und Bars. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen und es wurden sogar zu Mückeprävention Stecker für die Schlafzimmer sowie Mückenspray zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt hat es den Mädchen sehr gut gefallen und sie würden immer wieder kommen:)

Perfekter Ort um mitten in Palermo zu leben! Man erreicht alles zu Fuß und man ist direkt mitten im Leben von Palermo! Sven war schnell zu erreichen und super freundlich! Für einen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house – it was charming and comfortable. The garden was especially lovely and offered a nice, cool escape from the summer heat. Just a heads-up: the mosquitoes were quite intense, so bring some repellent! Most importantly, Giuseppe was a truly wonderful host. He went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable – he provided us with an extra bed and kindly let us stay longer on our departure day since we had a late flight. Thank you, Giuseppe, for your warm hospitality!

The place is wonderful and spacious with a beautiful city view. It’s in a quiet area and short walk to the main strip. There is a tucked away square just 2 min walk with amazing restaurants and bars Highly recommend this place! Renata was so lovely and checked in to make sure everything was okay

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Patrizia è una persona e un'host super! Cortese e attenta a ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti con indicazioni e suggerimenti tempestivi e puntuali. L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di ogni comfort ed è posizionato strategicamente: colazione, panificio, mercato, il mare e tanto altro a pochi passi. Ulteriore elemento chiave è la vicinanza con la stazione dei treni che vi permetterà di raggiungere Palermo e le sue bellezze con agio. Assolutamente raccomandato! (Se arrivate in auto, attenzione alle indicazioni del navigatore: non sono sempre aggiornate, potrebbero non corrispondere alla viabilità!)

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i Melanias lägenhet. Fin lägenhet som har allt man behöver och med otroligt centralt läge, promenad avstånd till allt. Väldigt unikt och intressant med marknaden utanför dörren, man får verkligen ta del av Palermos energi, vi satt dagligen på balkongen och njöt av det hela (väldigt stor kontrast mot Sverige :-). På kvällarna var det lugnt då marknaden stänger senare på eftermiddagen så det var en perfekt balans. Melania är en perfekt värd! Professionell, smidig och väldigt bra kommunikation. Allt flöt på super smidigt. Vi fick även många bra tips på saker att se och lokala restauranger. Kan verkligen rekommendera Melanias lägenhet och kommer definitivt bo här igen nästa gång det blir Palermo.

Both Frederica and her father was warm and welcoming. Responsive and willing to help with anything in question. The place itself felt unreal, being so close to the beach and Caletta Santa Elia. Would definitely cone back!

Guido e Francesca sono degli host eccezionali. Francesca mi è venuta incontro con gli orari sia per il check in sia per il check out ed è sempre stata molto reattiva e pronta a rispondere alle mie necessità. La casa è pulitissima e in una zona molto tranquilla e fresca, anche nelle giornate più calde la terrazza è ventilata e si sta benissimo. Tornerò sicuramente.

Giovanni was a fantastic host. He accommodated our needs for checkin. The view from the rooms was beautiful and even more beautiful from the outside terrace and rooftop deck it was walkable to so many great restaurants and all that we wanted to see in Palermo. He gave great recommendations and was very responsive if we had questions. The air conditioning worked great and the basket of goodies and water were such a welcome treat to get us started so that we didn’t have to get things after our long flight. Hope we will be back!

This apartment was beautiful, spacious & in the perfect spot!! Our host recommended Silvia for our tour, gave us great restaurant recommendations, which just added so much to the trip. I could not recommend a better place in Palermo!

First time using airbnb and could not have asked for a better experience, fantastic host who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the surroundings. The place itself was spotless and identical to the pictures I have not one complaint, highly recommend to both new and regular users of airbnb.

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Giuliana and Roberta are super-friendly hosts who made everything easy for us. The apartment is beautifully presented with a tasteful mix of vintage and modern furniture, very comfortable and with everything we needed. We felt at home straight away. Some great cafes and restaurants just a few minutes walk away, this felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We'd definitely stay here again.

We loved Fabio’s place. It was a great location within walking distance of most of the sights of Palermo. The accommodations were very clean and extremely comfortable! Highly recommend!

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

We have just returned from a great 6 nights at Michele and Doriana's apartment after 4 nights in Palermo. The location is brilliant, with a supermarket just 5 minutes up the hill, and a really nice bakery 5 minutes in the other direction (called Le Delizie, great for breakfast but closed on Wednesdays)! The hosts gave really good recommendations on things to see and do, especially the boat trip which we loved! The boat was also €100 cheaper than the one we used in Palermo, and it also lasted an hour longer! The apartment itself was perfect and matched the photos exactly. The terrace at the top was perfect for having a drink at night. The only downside we could find wasn't anything to do with the apartment itself, but it was the noise on 2 or 3 nights coming from the park outside. Many young people were out until 2am playing really loud music, which made it impossible to sleep in the room facing the park. We would 100% stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!

A casa do Luís está incrível , as fotografias não conseguem detalhar todos os pormenores e detalhes que se encontra na casa. O conforto e bom gosto é predominante. Pela primeira vez me senti verdadeiramente em casa , desde a cama , a almofada ao duche. O Luís esteve sempre disponível em nos ajudar e deu-nos dicas ótimas durante a nossa estadia. A zona menos é central mas mais muito sossegada e com opções de estacionamento , igualmente fácil chegar aos pontos mais turísticos. Somos apaixonados pela ilha voltaremos de certeza.

Wir waren mehr als nur zufrieden mit der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Salvatore. Er war jederzeit erreichbar, äußerst hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Salvatore ist ein unglaublich lieber und aufrichtiger Mensch, bei dem man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Auch die Umgebung war wunderschön – wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Mal!
