Mondello Luxury Apartment

At just 50meters from Mondello beach!!! Luxury apartment with sea & village view. All the amenities for a perfect holiday near this sea of tropical colors! Many shops just nearby make things easy. Parking outside is free from October 1st to end of May after you have to pay on blu stripes from 08:00 to 20:00. In Some street without blue stripes you can park for free even between June and Sept. We do not have any private parking. Another option is a private garage just below our apartment.

For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

There is also a large garden to relax in total privacy. Guests will have access to the entire house with a separate gated entrance.

This small apartment, on the third floor (NO LIFT), enjoys a breathtaking view over the whole Mondello gulf and Monte Pellegrino; the terrace will become your favorite place for dinners or aperitifs! Another strong point of this beautiful accommodation is its location, not far from restaurants, bars, mini-markets and above all from Mondello beach. The house is equipped with every appliance and all the comforts you will need. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.
