Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mondello

I am very pleased that I was able to rent the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised on many levels. Also small and large gifts on site. Contact the owner at any time of the day. Even better in person than in the pictures. Swimming pool with swimming accessories with a massager, many deckchairs and chairs. The terrace is also fully equipped. The kitchen is perfectly equipped - from pots to wine glasses. 3 towels per person, clean and fragrant. A clean and well-maintained place. Check-in with a code - so great for people who don't want to have contact with the owner. The parking lot is private, so you don't have to worry about damage. If you are by car, you have everything nearby, Lidl, restaurants, mini-supermarkets, close to the highway. 10 min to the airport. Peace and quiet among the vegetation. View of the mountains and the sea - something beautiful! I will definitely choose this accommodation when I want to fly to Sicily! I was in a group of 5 (family) and everyone was satisfied. I highly recommend it!

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of my favorite places i have stayed! The home itself was so much better than the photos but even more was the unbelievable hospitality that we experienced from Maria Francesca and Gaetano. BRAVO to these hosts!! Even though we arrived late they met us and welcomed us in, explaining everything. They came to say goodbye also and were only message away for whatever need we had. If you are ever in Palermo this place is a MUST!! THANK YOU

Great apartment and host. The apartment is clean , spacious and with a great outside space . Location is perfect , 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants . Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

Beautiful penthouse apartment located in a safe but vibrant neighbourhood. Communication was fantastic before and during the stay. Flexible check in much appreciated as was arranging for transfers to and from the airport. Check in was done with Luigi in person who explained everything perfectly and provided some great recommendations for places to eat and visit (lots of great restaurants nearby). Great transport links (bus) to both the old town (or a 20-30 min walk) as well as Mondello beach (highly recommended). Apartment itself was very large (3 double beds and baths) and really well equipped with a huge wraparound terrace. Huge sofa and Smart TV as well as top end appliances. One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in and would highly recommend.

Had a great time in this apartment. Plenty space to stretch out and enjoy Palermo. Very central to the city and near a great spot to grab casual drinks and mix with locals. Enrico was a fantastic host - extremely responsive and thoughtful providing great advice and helping to arrange taxis / reservations etc. highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Giovanni's place! It was paradise at this apartment, don't hesitate to book it. Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Guido and his wife were super friendly and helped us from the beginning when our flight was hours too late. they drove us to the car rental and whatever we needed they responded immediately. The secret excess to the beach was very special and the house perfect for a family. thank you for the time being !!!

Stunning location. On the front side, the (small) mount Bonifato and the sea; on the back, hilly Sicily as far as the eye can see. Very peaceful, one can enjoy some days of calm here. Hosts are very welcoming and cleanliness was much appreciated. One point to consider for car entusiasts: in case of a lowered/sport car, the last 200m of acces road could be a challenge.

Ignazio is a perfect host! The check in was easy. He waited for us. Communication was perfect. The house is really big and has an amazing garden. I can highly recommend the house of Ignazio.

Natalia was very helpful, responding straight away to all our questions. She is a very lovely lady, she even baked us some sicilian cakes which were delicious. The villa was very well equipped. We had a good time.

A beautiful and clean villa with a fabulous view. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant nearby and shopping can be reached in five minutes by car. The kitchen is very well equipped. Maria Grazia is a wonderful hostess. Everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks.

We spent 5 pleasant days at Fabrizio and Lavinia's Villa. Communications were always accurate and timely. The property is reminiscent of a small Hollywood villa transplanted to Sicily. Designed and tastefully furnished, the villa and especially its swimming pool allow you to enjoy a relaxing stay in privacy. The two hosts live in the basement and are often away during the day for work. The villa coexists physiologically with the small fauna of the Sicilian countryside, for example with the cute geckos that come in the evening to snoop around. Recommended for those who want to relax in a large, clean, quiet environment, surrounded by nature that can even be sumptuous in some of its details.

Patrizia's villa is beautifully located in Altavilla Milica. It is the perfect place for a family to spend a week in Sicily. As it says in the description, you need a car, but then you have places like Palermo, Cefalu, and Castellammare del Golfo within your reach. If you don't like to drive, you can hang out by the villa pool and just enjoy the surroundings. Patrizia was a very warm and friendly host who gave us great tips and information. I highly recommend staying at this place.
