This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. BlueNote liegt 40m vom Meer entfernt, Du kannst jeder Zeit mit einem Kaffee oder einem Wein in der Hand die wenigen Schritte zu der Bank laufen, die direkt am kleinen Steilufer steht und Deinen Blick weit werden lässt: der Bodden sieht jeden Tag anders aus...und immer wunderschön. Loissin ist mit seiner unbekannten und sehr natürlichen Küste ein Geheimtipp, ein versteckter Ort. Das Haus mit Garten ist nicht einsehbar und verfügt über ein Klavier, einen Kamin und WLAN. Wechsel immer freitags.

Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine (~ 35 qm) gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte auf der idyllischen Insel Ummanz, die über Rügen erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Ein gut erzogener Hund bis Kniehöhe kann mitgebracht werden, bitte vor Buchung mit Angabe der Rasse anfragen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Tieren (Ponys, Ziege, Kaninchen). Die 2. Doppelhaushälfte "Hase" kann ebenfalls gebucht werden.

Here you can spend a vacation with relaxation, cycling, fishing, swimming, diving, kiting, surfing, horseback riding and also art and culture in the still quite original Rügen.

The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Our vacation home has about 110 m² of living space and turns 100 years old this year. It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. If you don't mind that a plank of the wooden floor creaks, or a cable has been retrofitted over the years, you are welcome and invited to get to know and enjoy Stralsund, Rügen and the surrounding area.

If you would like to relax after the everyday stress, enjoy your peace in nature, then you have come to the right place. The Mühlenweg is a quiet dead end street with 30 km/h border. After a 20-25 minute walk through the forest, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach directly. This stretch of beach is very quiet, a little secret tip, because you can't reach it not by car, but only on foot or by bike.

The vacation home is located in the small district of Zaase surrounded by meadows and fields. The property is connected with a bike path to the ports of Schaprode and Wittower Ferry. A riding stable is close by. Many interesting excursion destinations are only a few kilometers away, such as the island of Hiddensee. Beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.
