The vacation home is located on a natural plot of about 4000m², which stretches from the shore meadows at the Hagen Wiek to the Zicker Alps. The vacation apartment is located in the light-flooded attic. Through a small hallway you reach two bedrooms, the bathroom and the main room with kitchen-living room, dining table, fireplace and seating set. Adjacent to this is a large balcony. The outdoor sauna makes even cold days a highlight. From 08/24 construction site neighbouring property.

There is a flat screen, Wi-Fi and a small kitchen as well as shower/toilet. The balcony has windows, so you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea even in bad weather. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbor is about a 10-minute walk away. From the train station, it takes about 30 minutes to reach us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking is right by the house. The tourist tax is 1,50 € / day / adult in the main season, otherwise 1,00 €.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. Modern and practically furnished 2-room apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Sellin, not far from the beaches and the center with restaurants, as well as a supermarket, bakery and small shops. It is about 5 minutes' walk to the famous pier or to the north beach and about 10 minutes to the south beach. The apartment is located in a very quiet and central location on Luftbadstraße.
