Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monastir

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Café und Restaurants. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment, clean and as described, Samir was extremely helpful and supportive person..despite our late arrival Samir was there waiting for us.. Thank you Samir. Mahdia is great and peaceful destination, the kids enjoyed the beach and the surrounding touristic places are amazing. Definitely we will consider to comeback to this beautiful apartment and the wonderful city.

Je recommande à 100%, on a passé 11 jours exceptionnel dans ce bel appartement, propre, spacieux avec tout le confort. Mohamed et son père on été très gentils et serviable. Mohamed est un hôte sérieux et et très réactif. La terrasse est magnifique avec une vue incroyable. Commerces à proximité bref au top !

This apartment was fantastic! It was impeccably clean and provided a wonderfully quiet atmosphere, making for a very peaceful stay. The furniture was in great condition and well-appointed. I also felt very secure during my time there. Being located on the 2nd floor was manageable, even without an elevator. Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely not hesitate to rent this apartment again in the future. Highly recommended!

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre semaine passée dans le logement. Hôte très réactif, accueillant, sympathique et arrangeant. Le logement correspond aux photos, il est très agréable et dans un endroit calme de plus pas loin de l’aéroport. Adresse à garder ☺️

Un logement conforme à la description voire mieux dans la réalité. vous ne louez pas qu'un logement, tout un accompagnement de la part de Siham et ses sœurs (Rim et Radhia). Merci mesdames pour toute votre réactivité. Vous avez écouté mes demandes et vous avez répondu très rapidement. Ma famille et moi étions accueillies dans un lieu d'une propreté irréprochable avec une décoration fine qui se marie parfaitement à l'environnement d'implantation. La terrasse et les fenêtres des espaces communs offrent une vue à couper le souffle sur le port d'El Kantaoui. Pour des familles avec des enfants comme nous, vous avez TOUT à proximité et pas besoin d'aller plus loin pour des activités. Ce logement se situe à un endroit stratégique de la ville de SOUSSE et je le recommande vivement. Merci Siham pour toutes les préparations en amont et encore merci pour votre accueil.

Herr Bachar ist ein sehr freundlicher, angenehmer und sympathischer Mann. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Lage optimal. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! La communication avec l'hôte a été claire et rapide, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée. Il s'est montré très respectueux et chaleureux, prenant le temps de bien nous expliquer tout ce qu'il fallait savoir. L'appartement est lumineux, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Avec deux lits personnels et un lit double, il est idéal pour un groupe de 4 personnes. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement :))

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La villa est très spacieuse et agréable à de pas de la plage … Villa entièrement meublée avec soins, piscine entretenu tous les jours il ne manque rien pour passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Ramzi pour ça gentillesse et toujours disponible je recommande

La piscine était nettoyée régulièrement, la maison était propre. Nous recommandons cette maison en espérant y revenir un jour. À très bientôt.

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

Todo genial. Llegamos y tuvimos problemas con el agua que se cortaba por la noche ( cosa que tenía que habernos avisado), el colchón incómodo y las sábanas sucias, no había sartén en condiciones para cocinar ni Wiffi, pero se lo dijimos y nos trajo de todo nuevo en ese mismo momento . Muy buena comunicación y pareja muy amable. Al apartamento muy cerca de la playa y con taxis colectivos pasando por la zona para poder desplazarte a cualquier sitio.

Hechemi è stato un bravo host, super disponibile e sempre di aiuto per qualsiasi cosa la location era vicino il mare, posto sicuro e pulito assolutamente lo consiglio

C’est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet appartement, et c’est toujours un plaisir ! L’appartement est impeccable, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. On s’y sent vraiment comme chez soi. Le quartier est calme, agréable et bien situé. Amine est toujours aussi accueillant, disponible et attentionné. Je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir une troisième fois !

Super séjour ! L'emplacement est parfait, en plein cœur du port, ce qui rend les déplacements très faciles. Imane est extrêmement réactive et flexible. Nous sommes arrivés en retard, mais elle nous a attendus avec le sourire. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour sans soucis.

Encore une fois un bonheur de venir à sousse dans cet appartement. 2 fois que nous venons et 2 fois que nous vivons un confortable séjour, propre, bien placé et tout inclus cet appartement est l’idéal ! Merci Faycal à bientôt !

j'ai passé un bon séjour chez Samaher, logement propre, bien équipé et bien situé ,le plus c'est que le logement au dernier étage, pas de bruit, ni rien du tout, vu magnifique sur la résidence, dès mon arrivé j'ai eu une relation amicale avec Samaher, c'est un hôte professionnel, je recommande vivement. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Monaco Residence in Sousse with my friends, and it was absolutely a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by (Samy) whose kindness and gentle hospitality made us feel instantly at home. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was how well the residence catered to guests' needs. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including high-speed internet, which was a great convenience. It was clear that great attention had been given to ensuring guests have a hassle-free experience. The location was perfect, right by the beach, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking view . The combination of excellent amenities, a prime location, and the exceptional hospitality of Samy made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sousse – I will definitely be returning!
