Logement loin du tumulte de la ville, il est bien équipé. Nous étions de passage pour une nuit, la présence de la piscine en été doit être très agréable.

My husband and I immediately fell in love with the villa! The Host Aymen is very Welcoming & was helpful with directions. We had to check in to the maison in the evening & He met w/ us to hand us the keys, no issue, smiling & friendly. He answered any others questions we had. The home is beautifully decorated, along w/charming antique hardware & tilework. Historically built, so the home has many original features but w/ MODERN accommodations!!! The home is walkable to the beach & many restaurants are just a walk in the other direction. The home is immaculately clean. It's the perfect setting for families, friend groups, or married couples on honeymoon! The home sits on a very peaceful CLEAN & safe cobblestone street! It has all the architectural & decorative charm you could ask for of a Tunisian home; The jasmine flowers in the indoor patio make the entire home smell lovely. The garden is breathtaking & great space for outdoor entertaining! We'll be back!

Magnifique logement! Il est bien situé près de la meilleur plage de Sousse, il est grand sur 3 étages et les voisins sont chaleureux. Je recommande fortement👌🏼 L'hôte est aussi chaleureux et flexible. Merci je reviendrais

Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

Lovely villa right next to the beach with beautiful views of the sea. The rooftop is a stand out, and the barbecue in the back garden was amazing for cooking all the fresh seafood you can find in the local fishmongers. Do bear in mind that during Ramadan, Hergla restaurants aren’t really open even for dinner, so come ready to cook (supermarkets, greengrocers, butchers etc open as normal). Maher is a great host and very responsive.

Hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir wurden stets nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt und es wurden auch Tipps für Restaurants und co gegeben. Saubere Wohnung und toller Aufenthalt. Einige Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Einziger Negativpunkt ist leider der nahegelegenen Strand, der nach Abwasser stank und leider für Tunesien typisch auch sehr dreckig ist.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine chez Catherine et le logement est totalement conforme à l’annonce. L’intérieur est un peu vieillot dans son style mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé, nous avons eu au contraire l’impression d’être en vacances dans une maison de famille. Tout est très spacieux, la cuisine bien équipée pour se concocter de petits plats « comme à la maison ». Mention spéciale pour le jardin où nous avons apprécié prendre nos petits déjeuners au milieu des magnifiques citronniers. L’emplacement est dans une rue calme mais très pratique d’avoir à proximité boulangerie, épiceries et primeurs et juste un peu + loin une crémerie avec du très bon fromage. La mer est à peine à 15 minutes à pieds avec de jolis coins à découvrir, plus sauvages qu’en se rapprochant du centre de Monastir. Si vous recherchez un lieu tranquille où passer du temps en vivant au rythme tunisien c’est le bon endroit, qui plus est avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mehdi était présent quand nous avons eu besoin.

Hi, Just would like to thank Madam Rkj, All went well .. we feel amused , relaxed .. we profited well from the beach and the swimming pool. It is not a fancy place but very practical, clean, charming (typique) , well located and mostly very secured. as well nice neighborhood.. Great place for vacation with family.. 100% Looking forward to get back there soon.. already missing the place. thank you for all.

L’appartement était parfait, propre, calme. Un petit parc juste en bas qui a ravit mon fils. Les piscine n’étaient pas fonctionnelles mais hors périodes donc normal. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Prevoir une voiture car pas grand chose aux alentours mais cela permet d’etre au calme. Merci pour tout ! Une adresse qu’on garde 😁

Das Haus ist wundervoll! Sauber und nicht weit weg von vielen interessanten Orten. Wir wurden freundlichst empfangen und mit einer Grundausstattung versorgt. Jederzeit war der Host erreichbar und hat sich in jedes Anliegen gekümmert. Der Pool ist unglaublich schön! Tolle Atmosphäre und schöne Gegend. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Un superbe séjour dans cet appartement propre et spacieux ! Tout est bien équipé, parfait pour un séjour confortable. Le barbecue et la piscine ajoutent un vrai plus, idéal pour profiter pleinement. Hana est une hôte vraiment exceptionnelle, très serviable et en plus d'une grande gentillesse. Je recommande vivement !

Me and my family have stayed in the property for a couple of days. The house is big and spacious and everyone had his corner. Beautiful balcony and premises. Only thing is: the beach is not in the walking distance. We had no problem to reach it with a car! The host was very professional and friendly. Stefania was very responsive and asked about our convenience and stay frequently : ) would definitely recommend it!

On a passé un bon séjour chez Heykel ! la maison est très propre, bien équipée, climatisé... très proche de la plage ainsi le centre ville dans une zone très calme... Je le recommande vivement et je reviendrais prochainement avec un grand plaisir. A très bientôt :)

Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es ein Café und Restaurants. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße. Ich kann diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet appartement à Sousse ! Le logement est impeccable sur tous les points : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, extrêmement propre et parfaitement situé, à proximité de tout (plage, commerces, restaurants). L’immeuble est sécurisé, ce qui permet de se sentir en totale confiance. L’hôte a été exemplaire : très réactif, disponible, chaleureux et toujours prêt à donner de bons conseils pour découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions. C’est vraiment un lieu que je recommande les yeux fermés, que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter lors d’un prochain passage à Sousse ! Encore merci pour cette belle expérience !

j'ai passé un très agréable sejour chez mon hôte. l'appartement étant tres bien situé entre le centre ville historique et port de kantaoui ou il y a des très bon restaurant et plage magnifique pour des activités en plein air. niveau confort et propreté de l'appartement tout étais parfait et rien à dire..... a essayer sans hésiter et je reviendrai sans doute ds un avenir proche. merci encore à mon hôte monsieur achraf 👌🙌🙏

Emplacement numéro 1 pour ce studio très bien aménagement avec du mobilier très confortable ! Vous ferez tout à pied à 2 pas de la plage et de la marina ! Une superbe terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur les jardins ! C’est toujours un plaisir d’y séjourner

Amazing view of the sea from both main bedrooms and balcony. Lovely seafront promenade that brings you to the historic Medina in 10 minutes. If you continue on you won’t be dissapointed with the gorgeous walk around the inlet, past the lighthouse, cemetery, and fortress. Apartment located outside of the tourist areas, but within a 10 minute walk to everything. I can’t stress how amazing the view of the sea is from this apartment.
