Cabin holiday rentals in Monaghan

We had a lovely long weekend here and the cabin was the perfect place to come back to and relax after a day exploring. Would happily recommend.

10/10 stay here. The cabin is stunning, really modern and beautifully finished. It's got everything you need and more for the perfect night away, the little extras are such a nice touch. We loved the hot tub, even in the rain the scenery is stunning. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at Loughneagh Mirror House. It was private and peaceful, the house had all the essentials and amenities that we needed and the lovely touch of crisps, bread, chocolate with fresh milk and juice in the fridge. We even got to enjoy a beautiful sunset in the evening from our aptly named Sunset House.

Aurora country spa retreat is an absolutely beautiful place, gorgeous surroundings. Siofra and Mark are brilliant hosts and so helpful and welcoming. Pool is fantastic, hottub, sauna and beer garden are top class. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. Great view of the mountains. We stayed in the cabin and it was lovely, comfy bed and all essentials in the kitchen. Own private hottub at the side of the cabin, smart tv so you can listen to your favourite songs and watch your favorite movies on Netflix ect. I booked Killee Pod & Hot tub as a wee treat (a solo trip) for some much needed R&R, and it was just perfect for my needs. The pod is situated in a nice, quiet location within an impeccably presented garden area which is private and secure. The facilities of the garden and pod were great and provided everything one could need, and everything spotlessly clean and tidy. Nigel is a friendly and responsive host and getting in (self check-in) was easy and smooth. Thanks for a great stay, I'd highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Found this gem last minute. Our family was enjoying the bank holiday weekend and came across this place last minute. Beautiful surroundings of the South Armagh countryside, shop and pub close by. Hot tub was the main attraction for us. Took advantage of it and well enjoyed. My son also enjoyed the toy cars for him to sit on and play with . Hosts were great and very responsive, even allowed us a late check out which was great, good to enjoy the hot tub again before we left. Thanks for having us on short notice.

Kim is an absolute gem as a host, taking the two dogs over Easter and felt right at home from the minute we got there, giving us advice on places to go and markets to attend. We will absolutely be back in the near future and can't wait to spend another get away there. Has everything you need and more

Mickey, was a real gentleman, very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived Mickey had the makings of a fry, and sandwich ingredients as well as cake and biscuits. He went to great trouble to source local taxi numbers and even dropped us to where we wanted to go on one occasion. He was very helpful without being intrusive. We will definitely be back again.

Great night away for myself, 4 year old daughter and dog. Everything was perfect and has a cosy feel to it. Only flaw was that I wasn't familiar with the oven and couldn't see any instructions then burnt food but would be my fault really. Slept well and was quiet/peaceful at night. Beautiful scenery too. Would definitely come back and recommend

We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! The whole cabin was so clean and very modern. The views were absolutely spectacular, everything was easy to get to and the hosts food van was very handy, and tasty! Will definitely be staying again

Had a lovely stay ar Robyns. The lodge was exactly as described, brilliant location for all of Fermanaghs tourists spots. Highly recommend the hot tub at the end of the day!

We had a great couple of days staying at Elizabeth and johns place,fantastic accommodation and the hosts couldn’t have been anymore friendly and helpful,can’t wait to go back.

Communication was very good and accessing the property was straightforward and convenient. The place was immaculate and had everything you could need plus some thoughtful extras. The hot tub was perfect and the views spectacular. The stay was everything we hoped for in a relaxing night away.

Hawthorn Hideaways was so beautiful and quiet. Kirker was a great host. The pod was amazing and the hot tub made the stay perfect! Kirker also left some lovely stuff in the pod for my birthday which was a lovely surprise.

We stayed at the Cabin for 5 nights in May 2025 and all 4 of us had a wonderful relaxing time. We found it to be perfectly located to so many of the family activities we wanted to do and loads of restaurants within driving distance. Our hosts were really lovely and always on hand if we needed anything. The Cabin itself was perfect and a lot bigger than we expected. Super clean and everything is so well thought out. Our bed was really comfortable and linens were lovely! We were really grateful for the few little breakfast items left for us too. Our little girl loved the enclosed patio area and we would love to come back in the future! Many thanks Claire and James for helping us make family memories!

I had a truly lovely stay at this peaceful cottage. The home was cosy, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The surroundings were beautifully quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gary and Margaret were wonderful hosts: kind, responsive, and very welcoming. I really appreciated their hospitality. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and scenic stay in the Irish countryside. Thank you again for everything!

Stayed here for one night. Lovely spot- clean, cosy, relaxing space, nice to be able to use the sauna. Would recommend heating the sauna two hours before you want to use it!! Takes a while to heat up. Overall, is a great spot:)

Second time staying at this place. Lovely place for the family. My husband and Son loved being able to fish together. Highly recommend 😊
