This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. The entire structure is for the exclusive use of guests who can live in this unforgettable moments of rest and tranquility! Guests have the exclusive use of the whole villa and of the attached trullo, and the entire outdoor area, which includes the living room, the swimming pool and the laundry. Villa nestled in a wonderful resort, where tranquility and peace dominate it. The owners, and Simona who takes care of hospitality, are friendly and make you feel like you are at home. A 5-star review and listing photos aren't enough to describe the beauty of this place. Highly recommended, top-notch hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

The house is a jewel surrounded by greenery, extremely accurate cleanliness, large and bright spaces, both indoors and outdoors. The house is very well equipped, nothing is really missing in all the rooms; the presence of railings and mosquito nets on all the windows gives you the opportunity to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the scent of the surrounding pine forest. The place is very convenient for reaching several beaches nearby and the indoor parking is not to be underestimated as outside it is all for a fee. We spent two relaxing weeks, a property suitable for families and groups of friends. Lucia and her mom are really helpful, present, responsive and kind. It was really hard to leave at the end of the vacation, you leave reluctantly.

Villa Settanta was the most well equipped AirBnB we have ever stayed in! From the kitchen to the beach equipment, Bryan has thought of everything. The house is lovely and very comfortable; it has many spaces outside for relaxing and eating. The house is very close to two beautiful free sandy beaches with large flat rocks at the entrance to the water. Bryan was also incredibly responsive and helpful. Please don’t hesitate to stay here for a great beach holiday!

We spent a week in this great house. The owner with his wife exceptional people always available for any request. The house is beautiful and complete with everything you need. Also an outdoor area with a barbecue, oven and shower. The location is not very excellent. The beach is located across the street in front. Supermarket within walking distance that has everything you need. In the evening there is absolute tranquility. We had a really good time and I renew the compliments to the hosts for the welcome they gave us thanks again
