Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

The natural trunk house near Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom offers you two bedrooms with two double beds each, a beautiful bathroom with large shower, an open fireplace, a lush terrace with Hollywood swing and direct bike path to the Baltic Sea beach. With a walk through the nature reserve behind the house you can reach the back water of the island of Usedom. We rent the house without bed linens and towels. A one-time cleaning fee is 80.00 euros

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object impresses with its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can ideally accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog).

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).

Our small holiday home is located in the quiet village of Peenemünde. The comfortably furnished 50 sqm of cottage can accommodate from 2 to 4. In the house there is one bedroom with double bed, one kitchen-living room with pull-out couch and one bathroom with shower. The wonderful Baltic Sea beach is well accessible by bicycle.

Our cottage is located in the holiday settlement Birkenhain on the edge of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and protected location. In the middle of a birch forest, on about 500 sqm with a hedge surrounded separate, not visible property, lies our idyllic Sweden wooden house.
