Holiday rentals with beach access in Moliets-et-Maa

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we took advantage of the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the design of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, the tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

We had a lovely stay! We will surely come back because it's ideal to enjoy with my children. No need to take the car because everything is nearby.

We had a great few days at Olivier’s apartment. He and Alexis were very helpful and gave us lots of good information and answered my queries very promptly. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard .The views of the beach and forest are amazing,it’s a very peaceful space to relax.

If you’re here to surf, Ben‘s house is the place to be. You cannot get closer to the ocean than this, and Messanges offers the longest and quietest surf beach in the area. We’ve had a fantastic time, and the house just made of even more special: breakfasts on the terrace, waking up to pure silence and breathing in the fresh ocean air.

a beautiful house, well designed and tastefully decorated. A very pleasant time with friends. The location is quiet, ideal.

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We had a great stay in Nolwenn's cottage: faithful to the photos, the accommodation is in impeccable condition with nice decor, everything is available to feel good. The land is enclosed and without neighbors, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is located in the forest… being in the jacuzzi with this view and the birds singing was the best!! 😍 Nolwenn is very friendly and welcoming, available at the slightest need. The beach is close to the accommodation (about 3 km) and is accessible to dogs. Many shops are nearby, and beautiful walks in the forest and around lakes await you. I highly recommend it! ☀️

The host is very welcoming, attentive. The accommodation is great and ideal for 1 or 2 people. In addition, it is very well located at the entrance of the golf course for walking, 5 minutes' walk from the ocean and located on a square with restaurants. You can go there with your eyes closed! Great family stay! David was available. The apartment was great, on the ground floor, well-equipped and located in the middle of a wooded and quiet setting. Many activities available on site or nearby, so great for children but also for adults, many walking paths directly accessible. We'll be happy to come back 🙂
