We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

We love the atmosphere in Liekes cottage. For us, it means vacation from the first second, because everything just fits here! A beautiful, natural environment, a homely feeling in the fully equipped house with wonderful kitchen, great bathroom and cozy garden and a very courteous contact with Lieke. We feel completely comfortable here and will definitely come back! We couldn't imagine a more beautiful vacation! Simply wonderful and highly recommended! Thank you for everything and see you soon!

Tulipa was such a gorgeous place to stay. It is beautifully finished and very comfortable. We stayed on a family holiday with three generations and ten total people - and everyone was perfectly accommodated for. The en-suites are high end, the beds are very comfortable and the open space upstairs is lovely. There’s lots of free on-street parking, and it’s a few minutes walk to a bus stop which takes you to a train station. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Karin's stay was great. Everything was neatly clean and as described in the advertisement. The beach is a 30-minute walk away. First through the forest and then through the beautiful dunes. Shops are easy to reach. In short, we enjoyed and I will definitely recommend Karin's accommodation.

With my friends, we spent the weekend at Petra. The place was just perfect!! The accommodation matches the photos perfectly, and it even looks bigger in real life than in the photos. Everything was very clean and the stay went very well, thank you again!!

We found the perfect spot to spend a few days in the Breukelen / Maarssen area. Able to live like a local by biking to shops and touring the area. Nicolette and Remko made our stay so pleasant and were very friendly to help with plans or a quick chat. The space inside was lovely and roomy. Lots of place to relax outside too. Great biking and boating in the area - follow their recommendations. Most welcoming hosts we have met. Thank you for everything.

Very nice accommodation for a trip to Eindhoven. Nice decor. Fully equipped and everything you needed was there. Lovely bed and lovely shower. Delightful garden where you can also sit under cover in the rain. Extras include the bicycles and the sauna that you can use. The center is within walking distance, easily accessible in about 25 minutes on foot according to the navigation. The shopping area of Woensel is about a 5-minute walk away, where you will find nice shops and the market on Saturdays. The contact with Bart, the host, was very good and fast. The instructions for the key cabinet, the wifi, use of the sauna were clear. Free parking nearby, which is very nice. Recommended for when you go to Eindhoven.

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is in a beautiful, quiet place on the edge of a beautifully maintained park. There is a beautiful, green garden at the cottage. The dog can run freely in the enclosed garden and you can sit nicely sheltered in the garden. It's lovely and quiet! The cottage is cozy and there is plenty of food and drink ready. We have never experienced this before. There were even gifts for the dog! We have completely relaxed and have had wonderful walks in the forest. You can step into the forest right next to the cottage. Actually, we never go to the same place more than once, but here we consider it. Thank you Alan and Karin.

Great accommodation and great hosts. We had a lot of fun and felt comfortable. The accommodation was accessible by boat and we could go shopping by boat. It was a real adventure. The accommodation and the pool were clean. Everything was fine for us ☀️

Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

We felt very comfortable in your chalet. Voorthuizen is very central, you can quickly reach various excursion options. For example, we were at the Aqua Mundo swimming pool in Eemhof in 30 minutes or at Sprookjeswonderland in 45 minutes. The complex is very neat and clean and my son loved the trampoline :) Thank you for the small gift at the beginning of the stay. :) Best wishes and maybe see you soon 🌼🌞😊

We had a nice stay and Anneke or her daughter were always available for questions during the stay. The house is very nicely decorated, everything was clean, good amenities and the pool and jacuzzi were great. I am more than happy to recommend the place.

Nice stay at a beautiful park. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. Space is not big but has everything you need. The garden is wonderful and very large. Nice location with the dogs because the garden is completely fenced. For the teenagers, a nice boat, surfboard or the possibility of the indoor swimming pool. Had very nice days. Just remember to bring your own bedding😉

Staying with Krosje, was a great experience. Her communication and flexibility around check in was great. Krosje, went above and beyond, helping my father and I with directions and planning a cycling route, as we had our bicycles. Also she made a reservation for dinner on, our behalf at a great local restaurant. The apartment was spotless and well thought out. Thanks for a great and welcoming stay Krosje.

Great stay in the nature

Great position! Great starting point for exploring Amsterdam. The apartment was cozy and bright, nice to have a terrace to chill and get some air. Martin was a great host, very welcoming and helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed. Even got us some welcome drinks and cookies!

Wow! Nor and Mat’s cottage was the perfect escape. The most comfortable stay with picturesque views. The home was immaculate, and Nor and Mat have thought of everything—including toys and crafts for our 3 year old. Their communication and instructions were great, too. The location was wonderful too—a short drive to many restaurants and stores while still quiet and peaceful. We loved our time there!

Beautiful, very chic furnished accommodation. We were there to fish and didn't have far to go to the water. I'd love to come back.

Marja's place is magical! surrounded by water, farms and fields, perfect for nature lovers. We loved it: Take walks with our three kids with the canoes on loan from Marja and fishing right in front of the house. The proximity to Delft, a city for which we had a real favorite , we really recommend renting bikes and making the bike paths around the city to discover the region . The house looks directly onto a bike path but we didn't mind. The view of the water is so beautiful and offers amazing sunsets. Need to Know: The house is small but sufficient for 5, however you should know that there is only one toilet located directly in the bathroom. The boiler placed behind the wall of the master bedroom can make noise at night, on Marja's advice we turned off the heating at night and this guarantees you peaceful nights. We will be back!!

Last weekend we stayed in this amazing villa and we really enjoyed it with 2 families. The house is in a quiet area and has a large, well-maintained garden. The beds were lovely. The villa is also excellently equipped with all kinds of useful equipment and necessities – everything has been thought of, which made the stay super comfortable. An absolute highlight was the jacuzzi and the conservatory, which with its cozy atmosphere and view of the garden are really wonderful places. In short: a top stay! We had an excellent time and will definitely come back here.

We had a wonderful time at the place! The location is great – in a beautiful, quiet residential area and yet well connected. Communication with the hosts was quick, uncomplicated and very friendly. You felt welcome right away – even our dog was warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. The accommodation has a lot of charm and was perfect for our stay. We particularly liked the personal recommendations for restaurants, the beach and the surrounding area. The beach was fantastic, supermarkets were easily accessible by car and we could even easily take the bus to The Hague. A small note: The kitchen has no oven – but that was not a problem for us, because everything else you need was there. We would come back anytime and can only recommend the stay!

This garden hideaway was a perfect place to unwind and take walks to magical places nearby. After several days in various cities I was ready for a break. A nearby island with a beach can reach by a pedestrian bridge just past the little grocery store. An old forest preserve with long allees of towering trees leading to a manor house and gardens can be reached just up the road in the other direction. Other reviews mentioned the occasional sound of planes which I barely registered. The sounds of the city were replace by the sound of wind in the trees and of a neighborhood rooster in the morning which I liked. Marjolein and Anton were a sheer delignt. Take a break and stay here for a few days.
