Wellness villa JOSKA is situated in a peaceful village called Cejetice, now a part of the city of Mlada Boleslav. From the city is the village separated by a river Jizera. Behind the river is a lift which takes you to the old town of Mlada Boleslav. The cosy old town is about 3 km away from the industrial part and urban settlements of the city. In the old town you will find a lot of restaurants, cafes , parks, etc. You will get there in about 15 min walk from the villa. You could spend the entire day in the villa and relax on the large terrace with panoramatic views in all directions, or in the garden, by a rotisserie, or inside the house by a heated indoor pool, sauna or steambath. After a busy day you have a perfect relax in the villa. So is the villa perfect for max. 8 adults and 2 children. If more capacity or convenience required, an appart. This villa has been completely and expensively rebuilt and newly furnished. The garden has an area of 1300 m2. Facilities: a heated indoor-swimming pool , sauna, steambath-room. There is a large lounge with a fireplace which has a direct entrance to the conservatory and to an indoor swimming pool , and from windergarden to a beautiful garden. A part of the big lounge is formed by a dining room which is panelled with marble. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped modern kitchen. Washdisher and washing-machine are also in the house. In the villa there are two bathrooms, one is equipped with a bath, and 2 WCs, four bedrooms; apart from that there is a sauna, a steam bath, a very large, 100 m2 big terrace on the top floor, and a spacious WINTERGARDEN with some chairs and plants. On the spot, there are possibilities of good meal in plenty of restaurants, but also take a bath in a river or in outdoor pools, golf, hiking routes, fishing, horseriding, tennis and squash halls. Parking places for 4 cars maximum on the site, and a garden arbour and a camp-fire. In the house you will find: living room with chimney, conservatory, 1xbathroom with shower and tube, 1xbathroom with shower and WC, 1x separate WC, 1xseparate WC in saunaroom, equipped kitchen, washdisher, washing machine, Sat-TV, central heating. You will find here also heated indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, rotisserie in the garden, roof garden, internet access, parking on the ground, max. 4 cars, WALLBOX up to 11 kw - please say in advance if you want to use it By a short walk from the wellness villa JOSKA you will get to the river Jizera and along the river you could walk in both directions, e. g. to natural beach in Podlazky, or to visit the ruin of the castle Michalovicka putna with a beautiful outlook. Or visit the nature preserve Radouc and observe there the gophers. In the city of Mlada Boleslav you could visit the well known museum of the car factory SKODA, the flight museum or a new aquapark. You could also walk in the city parks, the larges on eis called Stepanka with a lot of squirrels living there. But you also could undergo one day trips to UNESCO-Geopark Bohemian Paradise – Mlada Boleslav is situated on the edge of this area. Or you could visit Prague, Jizera Monutains and Krkonose-Giant – Mountains. Near you will also find the Macha Lake and Kokorin valley. For your culinary joy are some good restaurants nearby, like GRAAL ve skale, Jihoceska hostenice, Zlata kovadlina, La romantica, MG restaurant, etc. But also a visit in a medieval pub in Detenice I could recommend.

Chalupa Čížovka

Čížovka is an old Czech cottage and a modern holiday villa in one. The soul is a cottage, a place you can't wait to leave the city. During the renovation, we preserved what is drawn to you in an old house, such as 150 years old sandstone walls, a porch, and spruce windows. At the same time, we have arranged the house to make everyone feel here, like on holidays and have the necessary facilities and amenities. There is a glass wall, behind it just a forest, but a large heated pool and a terrace with a grill in front of the forest.

The cottage is located directly in the chateau in a very quiet place. Two separate A1 and A2 duplex apartments with private entrances offer absolute privacy to guests. Each has its own fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom and bedroom. The owner is not staying in the building. The property has a swimming pool, sauna, terrace, pergola, fireplace, fireplace. Garden (1.350m2) is shared for A1 and A2. Restaurants, bars, post office, bus and train stations are within walking distance of the cottage. Prague 30min on the highway.

It is a small flat in a peaceful area, perfect for two people. There is a bathroom with shower and washing machine, kitchen with fridge and gas cooker. In the main room, there is a double bed, table and chairs. For a small commission, you can use our sauna with the cooling in the lake. Behind the house is a garden that you can use for chilling and relaxing. The flat is located in the Bohemian Paradies where are beautiful sandstones and castles. Feel free to ask us for any recommendations.
