During the renovation, we preserved what is drawn to you in an old house, such as 150 years old sandstone walls, a porch, and spruce windows. At the same time, we have arranged the house to make everyone feel here, like on holidays and have the necessary facilities and amenities. There is a glass wall, behind it just a forest, but a large heated pool and a terrace with a grill in front of the forest.

A spacious, quiet, and cozy space with all the amenities and full privacy. Key handover between code to key box. You can park on the street even behind the gate on the property. After you close it, you have complete privacy. The peculiarity of the living space is the high ceilings and photographic canvases on one of the walls. You can also use the studio as a photo studio. If you'd like some background canvas, lightning, and other amenities for photography, please make arrangements in advance.

Nabízíme k pronájmu rodinný bungalov o velikosti 110 m2 v rekreační oblasti Káraný, které se nachází 20 minut (20 km) od Prahy Černého mostu na soutoku Labe a Jizery. Dům se nachází v klidné ulici mezi lesem a řekou na 800 m pozemku se zahradou, ohništěm, houpačkou a trampolínou pro děti. V domě je krb a podlahové vytápění. Řeka je od domu vzdálena 150 m a do lesa je to na druhou stranu asi 20 m. V okolí je množství nenáročných cyklistických tras.
