We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

Stay at Branzezka was lovely. Clean house with all necessary amenities including nice terrace in plesant garden. Location perfect just right on the touristic paths to the amazing Bohemian Paradise.

The apartment is very nicely located close to Turnov in Bohemian Paradise. From here you can reach many destinations in the sandstone mountains of Hruba Skala. Directly behind the house is a forest path leading to Valdštejn Castle. Very nice, thank you so much! :-)

Thank you to your host for the opportunity to stay in this house. We had a birthday party for the second year here, and we can only praise this place. The house is clean, enough space to sleep, a huge kitchen to cook / prepare meals together. The house is modern, nice, you feel at home. Outside there is a huge beautiful grounds, wonderful green garden, large pergola, possibility of TV outside, indoor pool. We really appreciate the outdoor fitness and hockey and basketball courts, you just don't see it, and you can also do other activities and not sit on your a*s. What I like, the host always communicates quickly, takes care. How many times did he offer us if we wanted a beer beeper, some things to buy, parking options for more people. Great! I'm sure we haven't been the last year or this year. Jakub :)

We stayed with Jana for 4 days and we loved it. The sights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland are very easy to reach by car. The apartment has a terrace and a large garden located directly on a river. You can walk along the river for 10 minutes to a café. The house is a little noisy but that didn't bother us. The apartment has everything that you need and is very tastefully decorated. We are very satisfied and Jana is a great host. We will definitely come back, because 4 days are simply too short for this beautiful area. Thank you Jana for the wonderful time Svenna Svenja

Very nice accommodation, it makes you feel at home. Good location, the center can be reached by public transport and all in all also on foot, with a pleasant walk through streets full of bars, restaurants and parks. Please note that the 5th floor has no elevator access.

The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient location close to Prague. I recommend it!

Kate and Martin were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in the outskirts where it was peaceful and relaxing, but only 20 minutes by public transportation to the main part of the city. We enjoyed it very much!

Everything was available for use and looked as in the photos. Patrik was on time and showed us how to use the bania and a sauna. We also got some recommendations on where to go, which we used to walk around the lake in Hamr nad Jezere and Chrástenský vodopád. There is also the possibility of buying local wine, which I appreciate as a wine-loving person. Bania is built in a way that offers privacy and great night views over the overlooking "Badger rock" and a forest. For people who love nature, there is a chance to spot a lot of birds 🦅(we saw, i.e. some buzzards and a black stork). There are also nearby stray cats, which we took plenty of photos of :) The property rented by Patrik has a view of a hill with a 1937 wooden house. For people coming from Poland, even though the owner is Czech he speaks quite good polish. Very relaxing place, highly recommended for those who love nature, campfire, and to relax in a bania or sauna, but if you must use your phone, there is working wifi :)

Petr is an amazing host and we can highly recommend this accommodation to everyone! Everything was in perfect condition and our dog was happy to have access to the garden. Petr is very proactive, he prepared his own board games for us to use and it was great to just chat with him and his family. We felt at home and we will definitely come back in the future! ❤😊

Very good accommodation for visiting Prague! Just 15 minutes by tram from the city center. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and enjoys the sun during the day. It's small but very nice! A little extra, there is a parking space in a private and secure courtyard! I would recommend it in a second.

Really had a good experience with this place! Perfect for everyone who wants to quiet down and relax and you can still visit places like Prague or others relatively easily.

We had a really nice stay here and overall I’d recommend the place, especially for those looking to relax in a quiet and green area. Pros: - The location is lovely - The house is quite spacious and nicely updated inside. - It’s well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc more than enough for a group. - There’s a nice outdoor area with fire pit and a bench/table and a grassy lawn – a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy. - Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Things to keep in mind: - The coffee machine and some appliances are a bit older and not working perfectly. - Overall cleanliness was fine – the house was tidy – but a few small touches (like older blankets or fabrics) gave the impression of it not feeling completely “fresh.” Nothing major. The biggest downside: no bed linens, sheets, or towels are provided. This is mentioned in the listing, but it could be made more visible or emphasized – it’s something you usually expect when booking a stay, and it caught us off guard

We enjoyed our stay very much, the cottage is in a beautiful environment in the middle of "nothing", amazing peace, in the vicinity of many excursions. The host was very helpful, available whenever needed, and responded quickly to messages. The cottage corresponded to the description and photos, it was clean, everything we needed was available (dishes, umbrella, grill and wood…). Overall, I rate it very positively. The place was much more beautiful than the photos and fully equipped. On the first day, we had a problem running the hot tub, but the manager came right away and was happy to help. Great sauna with a pool, I just recommend starting to warm up as soon as you arrive. I definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed the stay in Martin's house. The location in the middle of the quiet nature is beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking in the area. The house is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Our host Martin was always available and also provided us with many tips and information for excursions and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Beautifully located on the upper outskirts, spacious property with a pretty house. A wonderful retreat with great views. We immediately felt at home and were able to enjoy the incredibly beautiful surroundings. Possibilities for shopping and eating - we especially recommend the small private brewery - within walking distance, although uphill due to the location and much easier by car. A real stroke of luck.
