Beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, for 1-4 guests. The apartment is completely renovated, with new furnishing and equipment. It is on the first floor of the old house. The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Škoda factory is within a walking distance. Suitable for people coming for work on short- and long-term stays. Not suitable for children. Long-term stays are preferred. Price for one night is 50% higher, and is only accepted in last minute, 1-2 days before.

In a short distance is Lake Lhota, great for swimming. By car approx. 3 min.

The parking for the car is always available in front of the block of flats. The unit is close to ŠKODA plant – 11 GATE is in walking distance.
