We found a rustic alpine hut, arrived in the cold and fog, but then were rewarded with a breathtaking panorama! A beautiful cottage that invites you from the first moment, super well equipped, a warming stove for cold days, places to linger and dream. Great hikes along the lakes or to the peaks. A dream, a place to return to!

Great layout of the house for two families of four, a large equipped kitchen connected to the living room-ideal for an evening common program, plenty of storage space, plenty of bathrooms and toilets, perfect parking. Andreas and Patricia are great hosts, we got all the instructions on time and functional, very nice communication. We'd love to come back.

Our family of five loved our stay in Carolin Anne’s beautiful home in Hallstatt! The views from the house are fantastic, even better than the pictures. We found the house to be exactly as described and very comfortable. We had a rental car and found the walk from the suggested parking lot to be easy. Carolin Anne was quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

We had a great time in the house in Austria! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as in the description. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The check-in was straightforward and the contact with the host was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime :)

We had a great time in a wonderful house. With the equipment of children's attractions and toys, it is like a paradise for children. This way, you can easily survive rainy days. Eike and Verena are very great hosts, lots of good tips and always great communication. Many things are simply available and Verena and Eike think well about what you might need. All around a successful stay for us. Thank you for that!

Fantastic stay right on Lake Mattsee – highly recommended! We were very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful house on Lake Mattsee, and it was just fantastic. The location is unbeatable – right on the lake with breathtaking views that delight every morning. The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and superbly appointed so we didn't miss anything. Herbert welcomed us warmly and was an attentive, friendly host who was always available for questions. Thank you, Herbert, for this unforgettable holiday! We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful stay! The place was sparkling clean and decorated with a lot of love for detail – I immediately felt at home. Our host Maria was incredibly warm, attentive and helpful – you immediately notice that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the balcony was simply magical, even more breathtaking than in the photos. I am infinitely grateful for this beautiful time and will be happy to come back from the bottom of my heart!

The studio is small but sufficient. The amenities (bath shower, cooker) are not exactly the latest, but everything works as it should. Mainly, this is a great location as a starting point for car trips. The host is very helpful and communicates well even when not present. The railway is in the process of being renovated,so be careful, there are no trains here now (May 2025).

This place deserves 6 stars. We spent 3 weeks visiting Germany and Austria and this was our top stay! I wish we would have stayed for a full week. The location of this apartment is great for hiking as well as walking the city center. Having parking was a rare and wonderful perk. The apartment itself had absolutely everything my family needed and was spotless. The hosts allowed us to check in early when we were rained out from a hike. We will definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

The place is just like in the photos – practically furnished, sparkling clean and equipped with a lot of love for detail. You can tell right away: This is where someone really thought about how guests feel. The location is quiet yet well connected, ideal for exploring the surrounding area. Particularly noteworthy is Alina's courteous and attentive manner – from the first contact to the departure, everything was uncomplicated, friendly and reliable.

This place deserves 20 out of 5 stars! The best place to stay we've ever stayed. We felt amazing there and we will definitely come back <3 We were surprised how the apartment was perfectly furnished and fully equipped. You don't need to occupy, you won't miss any of what you have at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the kitchen has a number of appliances, a huge TV in the living room, and the whole apartment is fixed and has very good energy. :) Who furnished the apartment had taste! Definitely recommend for a longer stay, you won't want to go home like we do:) Lovely place thank you!

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

We stayed with the family (partner, child and parents) in Bad Hofgastein over the weekend and enjoyed our stay in Andrea's accommodation. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Check-in and check-out were completely straightforward, Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. A small downside was that it was quite cool in the house. Also the water in the shower took a long time to get warm and the switch from the rain shower to the handheld shower was hardly possible. Nevertheless, we liked the apartment very much overall and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation, especially because of the great location, cleanliness and the nice hostess. Thank you so much for having us 🥰

We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable in Susanne's beautiful apartment. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and nothing was missing. The view from the balcony and the bedroom is fantastic. Susanne welcomed us in a very friendly and warm way. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back again.

Amazing place, a huge comfortable bed overlooking the misty forest. The sauna was a huge bonus too! Absolutely loved it, would stay again but for much longer.

I had a wonderful stay at the penthouse in Obertraun/Hallstatt. Everything was just as pictured—if not even better. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. Andrea was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience even smoother. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday getaway.

Holger was very communicative before we arrived and was sure to find out how best to prepare for our arrival. The home was spacious and so clean for 5 of us. He had a Nespresso machine filled and ready for us. We loved the place!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
