Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Mitte

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Ayant vécu une mésaventure sur mon début de séjour à Berlin, il a fallu que je me rabatte dans un nouveau logement et ai fait un excellent choix pour cette appartement chaleureux et atypique par sa réfection, style et décoration. On s'y sent bien et c'est tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Le propriétaire est charmant, disponible et arrangeant. Je recommande les yeux fermés. La voisine est charmante et la situation est parfaite et très bien desservie.

Nice neighborhood ,felt safe at night as a woman traveling alone. Such a nice and clean place to get back to, great to rewind after a day in the city! Walls and windows are very thick so there’s not a single noise complaint problem even though it’s such a big complex!!

This was a super cute apartment — great kitchen and living room, fun bunk room for the kids. Kristian was a super host — friendly, responsive, helpful. The neighborhood has everything you need to— a little market, several great cafes, a park for kids to play in, and great restaurants. Also, for an American, the bathroom is particularly nice with a large, deep soaking tub and a shower head that a tall man can fit under comfortably. Highly recommend.

We stayed a group of 4 adults and a teenager at Sofianes apartment and had plenty of room. One person slept on the couch, whcih worked fine. Besides the bathroom shown on the photos there was also one seperate toilet by the entrance. We enjoyed the central location, with just 200meter to Mehringdamm ubahn. There were lots of small stores in the neighbourhood and we enjoyed some shopping. Available free parking nearby was a big advantage. There were several grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant Flemmings which was in walking distance from the apartment. The communication with Sofiane worked perfect, would love to return one day.

I spent a week of remote work there. Off-season stay was truly refreshing. The lake is beautiful, all you need is just minutes driving or even just walking. The house is tiny (indeed) equipped efficiently, the bed is comfy… Helmut is defo a top notch host; responsive, solving problems proactively… and has a weakens for Argentina and the most influential woman of its history… Evita

Sehr lieb und zuvorkommend, liebevolle Einrichtung. Da wir eine weite Anreise hatten war es gut, das Michael bei dem Check in sehr flexibel war :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Samir, besonders mit Kindern ist es ein perfektes Haus! Es gibt viel Platz, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht und Spielsachen gibt es auch. Die Absprachen mit Samir waren sehr freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gern wieder, wenn wir dürfen ;) Absolute Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich unglaublich hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass man die Fenster nicht verdunkeln kann. Das hat uns jetzt allerdings nicht gestört.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage zum Jahreswechsel mit der Familie in diesem Traumhaus. Unsere Erwartungen waren nach den Fotos und Beschreibungen bereits hoch und wurden noch übertroffen. Der Kontakt lief reibungslos, die Tipps haben den Aufenthalt bereichert. Wir freuen uns auf eine Wiederkehr

Marions Haus liegt idyllisch am See, direkt neben dem Storchennest, das man von oben übrigens perfekt beobachten kann. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 6 Kleinkindern dort - für uns war die Größe (Anzahl Schlafzimmer, riesige Küche(n), sehr großer Esstisch, Terrasse, toller Garten) perfekt. Die Kinder konnten super draußen spielen, Richtung See ist zum Glück ein Zaun. Etwas aufpassen muss man nur mit dem kleinen Teich und kleinen Kindern. Dafür gab es dort spannende Frösche zu beobachten. In 5 Minuten Fahrzeit gibt es auch eine tolle, kinderfreundliche Badestelle am See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wozu nicht zuletzt Marion durch ihre sehr hilfsbereite Art beigetragen hat. Sie war immer erreichbar für uns und hat uns zur Ankunft mit einem wahnsinnig leckeren Käsekuchen überrascht. Das Haus war tiptop sauber und ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Für den nächsten Supermarkt muss man etwas fahren, besser man bringt alles mit (Bäcker im Nachbarort). Ganz herzlichen Dank! ❤️

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Fijne ruimte met uitkijk op de Havel en jachthaven. De keuken had alles wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een week in ons geval. Een heerlijk bed om in te slapen, de rolluiken zorgde voor extra donker. De 2 relaxstoelen buiten waren erg fijn om heerlijk te liggen. We hebben aantal dagen zelf gekookt en dan was het terras met onze overheerlijke maaltijd alsof je op restaurant was. In de omgeving 2 bakkers, 3 supermarkten, 3 ijssalons, fietsen boten verhuur en verscheidenheid aan goede restaurants. Je fietst naar Potsdam langs mooie route wel 10-11km maar goed te doen. Onze auto stond in de parkeergarage wat erg fijn was ivm weinig parkeerplaats op straat. De verbinding met de bus naar Potsdam hebben we 1x gedaan was gemakkelijk en vlot met de 631 die elke 20 minuten vertrekt. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad!

Una tra i migliori appartamenti finora prenotati. Posto in una zona residenziale di Berlino, tranquilla e verde. Facilmente raggiungibili i mezzi pubblici (5 minuti a piedi per S-Bahn, autobus sotto casa). Parcheggio coperto. Facile ingresso con ascensore. Un appartamento vivo (balcone ricco di piante), spazioso e luminoso. Grado di pulizia ottimo. Cucina funzionale come quella di una casa vera. Due bagni ben strutturati. Host gentile e reattiva, ottimi consigli e indicazioni.

Wir haben uns gleich heimisch gefühlt in der Wohnung der Familie. Schön, dass es diese Möglichkeit der Eigenvermietung noch gibt.

This place was awesome! Clean, comfortable, and quiet—the perfect combination for a relaxing stay during my business trip. It’s conveniently located right next to a local market that has everything you might need. The lofted bed felt like sleeping in the clouds, and climbing the four flights of stairs each day turned into a much-needed workout. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of a laptop docking station with a monitor—it made getting work done so much easier. And to top it all off, I was thrilled to witness a bird nesting in the window planter—a beautiful and unexpected glimpse of nature that made the stay truly memorable.

Vi (et par og en hund) hadde et 4 ukers opphold i leiligheten og er strålende fornøyd. Topp beliggenhet i Bötzowkiez med hyggelige kafeer, restauranter og forskjellige butikker rett i nærheten, men likevel et veldig rolig strøk hvor også mange familier bor. 5 min gangavstand til fine Friedrichshain Volkspark. Leiligheten ligger i 5. etasje (med heis), er veldig romslig, lys og rolig, fint og moderne innredet og har alt man trenger og for å føle seg hjemme. Leiligheten og kommunikasjonen med verten får våre varmeste anbefalinger.
