Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Berlin

We had a great time in Berlin and felt very comfortable in the apartment! The location is perfect and the highlights are of course the two balconies (one at the back with a view of the countryside and a view of the TV tower!). Reannon was always quick to reach and flexible. Due to our train delay, we arrived in the middle of the night, but fortunately this was not a problem, thank you again!

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Gorgeous and quiet spot so close to lovely cafes and restaurants, as well as solid public transport. The art in the space is so cool!

Nice neighborhood ,felt safe at night as a woman traveling alone. Such a nice and clean place to get back to, great to rewind after a day in the city! Walls and windows are very thick so there’s not a single noise complaint problem even though it’s such a big complex!!

I spent a week of remote work there. Off-season stay was truly refreshing. The lake is beautiful, all you need is just minutes driving or even just walking. The house is tiny (indeed) equipped efficiently, the bed is comfy… Helmut is defo a top notch host; responsive, solving problems proactively… and has a weakens for Argentina and the most influential woman of its history… Evita

We had a great time staying at Samir's place, especially with kids it's a perfect house! There is a lot of space, everything you need is available and there are also toys. The arrangements with Samir were very friendly, quick and straightforward. We'll be back if we can ;) Definitely recommend!

Marion's house is idyllically located on the lake, right next to the stork's nest, which you can perfectly observe from above. We were there with 5 adults and 6 toddlers - for us the size (number of bedrooms, huge kitchen(s), very large dining table, terrace, great garden) was perfect. The children were able to play outside, fortunately there is a fence towards the lake. You just have to be careful with the small pond and small children. There were exciting frogs to observe there. There is also a great, child-friendly swimming spot on the lake, just 5 minutes away. We felt very comfortable, to which Marion contributed not least through her very helpful manner. She was always available to us and surprised us with an insanely delicious cheesecake on arrival. The house was spotless and well-equipped, we lacked nothing. You have to drive a bit to get to the nearest supermarket, so it's better to bring everything with you (bakery in the neighboring town). Thank you very much! ❤️

The communication with the hostess was friendly and informative. We felt that she really cared about us as guests. We really felt like home during our stay there.

Our stay was great, the area seems safe and has a lot of restaurants around, it's very close to a riverside where you can go on nice walks. One slight issue we've had, which isn't particularly Tim's or apartment's fault was that neighbors were sometimes noisy, but that's about the only complaint we could have. Overall it was great, would definitely recommend the place.

The flat is spacious, clean and a very organised modern flat located in a quiet block. Everything we needed was available in the flat and access was very straightforward. The location is fantastic, we usually chose the longer walk to Treptower Station through the park as it is a nice diverse walk near the river. Treptower is close to the city by S-bahn and the S41/42 ring line which was ideal. Parking was directly across the road which was very helpful. There are 2 shops, an Italian restaurant(which I would recommend) and a pharmacy nearby. Janina is a great communicator and the instructions were very clear and thank you for being so flexible. We are regular users of self catering accommodation and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at in the last 5 years. Unfortunately, because Berlin is so amazing we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked in the flat but when we return we will happily stay again if available. Nice space with a view of the Havel and marina. The kitchen had everything you need for a week's stay in our case. A wonderful bed to sleep in, the shutters provided extra darkness. The 2 outdoor loungers were very nice to lie on. We cooked for ourselves for a few days and then the terrace with our delicious meal was like being in a restaurant. In the area, there are 2 bakeries, 3 supermarkets, 3 ice cream parlors, bicycle and boat rentals, and a variety of good restaurants. You cycle to Potsdam along a beautiful route, 10-11km but easy to do. Our car was in the parking garage, which was very nice because of the lack of parking space on the street. We took the bus to Potsdam once, and it was easy and smooth with the 631 that leaves every 20 minutes. We had a nice time!

would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with kids and family. Berlin city center is reachable via S1 or bus plus tram.

We immediately felt at home in the family's apartment. I'm glad there's still this option of your own rental.

We (a couple and a dog) had a 4 week stay in the apartment and are delighted. Top location in Bötzowkiez with nice cafes, restaurants and different shops right nearby, yet a very quiet neighborhood where also many families live. 5 min walking distance to nice Friedrichshain Volkspark. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (with elevator), is very spacious, bright and quiet, nice and modern decorated and has everything you need and to feel at home. The apartment and communication with the host get our warmest recommendations.

Zacks place is lovely and transportation around the city was very convenient. Lots of good restaurants and grocery shops close by too! Zack was friendly and communicated quickly:)
