Holiday rentals with a sauna in Mitte

I wanted to rent this apartment for 3 days. Something had gone wrong with the payment and then it was over 12 hours in the evening. Then I could no longer book this through airb&b and it was no longer possible. I contacted the host of this apartment and explained that I wanted to rent this apartment for the next few days. The host responded quickly and made an effort to resolve this with airbnb so that I could book this apartment. The owner is very nice, we got clear explanations. The apartment was large and great for us. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. There is free parking in front of the door. We were out the door early and walked a lot in Berlin and could relax in the bath in the evening. We did not use the sauna and swimming pool but the space looked very nice. The host is easily accessible and again very friendly! Definitely recommended.

Everything was fine and as described. The hostess was very nice and personally welcomed us and explained everything, was always available. If you want to enjoy a few spa days, I can highly recommend the apartment. A quiet location and you are undisturbed.

Recommended! The apartment is fantastic. It looks even better in real life than in the pictures. We especially enjoyed the big balcony with wonderful view. The apartment was also clean and well equipped and quiet. Florian was reachable during the whole stay and answered all our questions. Check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

The apartment is modern and functional, as described and as shown in the pictures. The location in the middle of the horse farm is something different, nice for all those who like it a little quieter outside the city. The city center is easily accessible by car. The path to the farm is a bit bumpy but doable. The small playground, which is visible from the apartment, is great for children. All horse owners we met were friendly. We had nothing to complain about. :)

Melina’s apartment is beautiful – spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a really cozy balcony where we loved spending time. The location couldn’t be better: cute cafés, restaurants, and lovely little shops are all within walking distance. Everything in the apartment is modern and in perfect condition – we had everything we needed for a relaxing girls’ weekend. Melina herself is absolutely lovely – super friendly, flexible, and always helpful. Thank you so much, Melina – we truly felt at home and would love to come back anytime!

When I am in Berlin I will always book it

Super nice people, Anja was very likeable and very communicative in person. We have been warmly welcomed. All the dogs got along splendidly. Unfortunately, Dennis was not personally on site, but always responded immediately to written messages. We would always book with Anja and Dennis!

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Well, what can you say about that? Spend the night in a very tastefully renovated villa. Technically up to date - with all comforts (... and back) furnished. Lovingly furnished with great details. Unfortunately, we could not take advantage of all the amenities due to lack of time. The opportunity to start the day on the terrace with a cup of coffee in the morning is particularly nice!! Anja & Markus are super warm, communicative and always approachable. All in all: An extraordinary accommodation with extraordinary hosts.

This was an amazing Airbnb. Annette’s home is in a great location and it looks over the whole city. It is very comfortable and beautiful. We had a great family trip; the house was perfect for a family of 4 with two young kids.

Beautiful home! Helmuth was responsive and very helpful. The house is spacious with all the needed amenities and a yard perfect for the kids to play and adults to relax. We were so happy to have a nice retreat at the end of each full day of sightseeing!

Myself and 3 friends had the pleasure of staying at Clay Gardens for 4 nights. The house was amazing and had everything and more that you will need. House was immaculate with great facilities. Very helpful host and lovely place. The sauna is of course the highlight of the accommodation. Gladly again. Note: if the sauna is used late in the evening, it could get a little warm in the upper sleeping area. Alternatively, the sofa bed can be used.

Our stay at this place was just fantastic! From the first moment, it felt like home. The lovingly furnished rooms exude coziness and offered everything you need. It was particularly positive that a lot was already on site, which made our stay very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was straightforward. Mike welcomed us warmly and showed us the place in detail. An absolute highlight was the sauna, which gave us wonderful moments of relaxation. The quiet surroundings are ideal for unwinding and everything is within walking distance. Just 15 minutes you can reach a beautiful lake, perfect for relaxing walks. The nearby train connection also makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, we highly recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit.
