Die Wohnung ist individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet und Ihr nächtigt in einem großen Stuckzimmer mit komfortablem Doppelbett (1,50x2m). Die Wohnung ist durch IPR-Technologie absolut frei von Elektrosmog. Außerdem gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Aufzug, Wannenbad und Westbalkon. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von U- und S-Bahn entfernt.

Cafés, Restaurants, U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Außer dem Wohn-/Schlafraum gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Unser Happy Store bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Als Familie auch zu viert.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

It has its own kitchenette with fridge, bathroom with shower, bedroom with French bed (1.55 m wide for 1-2 people) and smart TV and Wi-Fi. Rosa-Luxemburg Platz (U2) and Rosenthaler Platz (U8).
